Beautiful Ocean View Luxury Villa just minutes from the Beach

The property was stunning. The perfect venue for our families to gather. The separate casitas made it perfect for us to have our own space but still be together. Sunsets are amazing! The pool and swim-up bar were crowd favorites for sure. House was clean and very well stocked with anything we needed. The owner/manager were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome week staying at this beautiful property! We loved the view and the sound of the ocean. Saw one of the most beautiful sunsets of my life from the patio! Close to great beaches and restaurants. Sue was awesome and made check-in and check-out super easy. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs, everything you need.

We were 5 couples for 9 days. Was gorgeous home and hostess/host could not of been better. We had transportation issue on golf carts we had rented- nothing to do with them. Sue/Todd came and helped us get rental, was like meeting with friends. Again home is beautiful and relaxing. Extremely great stay - go for it well worth it, can’t wait to go back. Casa del Sol worked very nicely for our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 children). Having 2 houses gave us some space but we could all fit around the patio table for family meals. The kitchens are very well stocked. Beautiful sunsets view. We enjoyed the location: playa Prieta is a gem, close to several eco park and zip lines, surfing and off shore fishing. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Terrazas Del Sol. The property was prettier than in the pictures with great views of the water, horses and countryside. The home was immaculately kept, a had great house keeper and a beautiful, clean pool. There was plenty of space and privacy for one or two families in each unit. Local restaurants were walkable as was the beach and several excursions. It’s a great area for short hikes and adventures. A coffee shop is also within walking distance. We do recommend grocery shopping as the house has a great outdoor kitchen where you can cook while enjoying the sunset. Sue was helpful and accessible. We would love to come back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was great for both of our families and everything you would ever need was provided. Beds were great. Pool was awesome. Couldn't have been better.

We had an amazing time staying at Terrazas del Sol for our first trip to Costa Rica. We had two families with a total of 4 adults and 5 children and had more than enough room. The infinity pool was great for cooling off. The walk to Playa Prieta took about 10 minutes with the kids, but it was well worth it - we felt like we had the beach to ourselves much of the time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to visit again someday soon.

The houses at this property were perfect for our family of 12. We had two families with two kids each, two grandmas and another father and his daughter who stayed there comfortably. We were initially a little disappointed the room/bed layouts were not as described but were able to make it work. The pullout couch needed to be cleaned and we had a few maintenance issues with the stove, AC and pool, but Nathan and his on site staff were able to accommodate us. It was a quick drive to the town but as with a lot of the country expect some interesting roads. I’d recommend renting a car for simplicity. We loved the pool and the view was unbeatable! We also enjoyed checking out all aspects of the property and the native animals and vegetation. I’d recommend going to Playa Pencha over Potrero for a more classic beach experience. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for the great memories!

We rented the whole property which comprises two self-contained homes sharing an entrance gate and pool/outdoor kitchen. The homes were comfortable and well-stocked. The pool here is the best - sunset views, clean and well-maintained and the perfect temperature. Management were very accessible when needed. I highly recommend this place, and the area. Playa Prieta is the nearest and prettiest locals beach around.
