Beautiful Ocean View 3 Bedroom in Encinitas!

Great place, great view. Easy check in and out. More than two rolls of toilet paper would be nice.

Nice stay, front room has a lovely picture window, lots of windows so breezes cool off the house nicely. To note, there is a long staircase going up to second floor unit and there is someone below you. We enjoyed our stay.

The porch was the selling point for us to rent this place but the porch was not clean at all. Needs a refresh. Did tell the owner who was nice about it, hopefully they clean it, paint it and get rid of the rusty furniture. We didn’t end up using that space at all which was a bummer. Otherwise the rest of the house was mostly clean. The location is great and the 3 bedrooms were spacious. With a little sprucing up, this place could be magical.

The steps leading to unit were dirty, with dog hair and dirt . Patio looked clean until we moved couch and the dog hair and dirt was all over. The sliding glass door threshold was filthy. The portable fans for bedrooms were absolutely gross. The rest of the house was in clean status. Quite a bite short on paper products, for 500 a night you could provide more. The kitchen was very nice and clean . THe King bed was very uncomfortable and hard matress

Great views from the house, it was close to downtown Encinitas and Torey Pines. Communication with the owner was great.

It worked out well for us, very reasonbly priced, but a little older that originally thought.

Our stay was lovely. Cute one story home on second floor. All the linen smelled very clean and fresh. Very spacious. It is older than what it seems in the pics but that’s ok. Joe was a great host, made everything super easy for us. He even let us check in early on day of arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Home is very spacious and comfortable. The location is close to everything from shopping to beaches to eating to the freeway!Joe proactively communicated with me on a situation which I found so refreshing and fabulous.Kitchen was well stocked. And there was parking provided as well!

Perfect place to stay for our son’s wedding weekend. Great location with easy access to everything…..beach, downtown, trails for walking/running. Clean and kitchen well-stocked. Lovely views and patio too! Would recommend and definitely hoping to return!

We stayed for five days and we were very comfortable. Both the house itself and the neighborhood were quiet, and the off-street parking was so nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean in the evenings, the close proximity to the freeway, and the quick and easy access to the beaches and charming downtown area!

The place is a great location and views. Held an impromptu family get together after my father-in-laws service. The space was outstanding. The owner, Joe, was responsive and timely. Would stay here again!

4 sisters coming for a reunion in the area, having 3 bedrooms was really important. Joe was a great host and gave us extra time on our departure day, much appreciated! Nice to have a larger home to hang and one evening, had a spectacular sunset.

Perfect location for tge events we attended

We were only there for weekend, but the house was exactly as advertised and a short walk to the beach! It was very nice to be able to walk on the beach each morning. The house was great for our group of 5 and I would stay again.

We loved our stay in Encinitas! In our opinion, it's better than described. Clean, comfortable, views, perfect location and quiet neighborhood. We tried many of area suggestions and each one was amazing! The beach town of Encinitas is so fun to walk around and the restaurants are fantastic! Our favorites were Honey's for breakfast, Juanitas Taco Shop (went twice!), Gelato 101 and Leucadia donut shoppe. The location was a short drive from all the San Diego area attractions and the beach areas are beautiful. We considered many places to stay and we are very glad we chose this one!

This rental was a great location for us and served as a great jumping off point to explore the southern California area on our family vacation. Disney, the beach, the San Diego Zoo, parasailing, kayaking, and more, this place was centrally located to give us access to all the activities we wanted. On top of that, the host was very responsive and accommodating, which was much appreciated. The only thing that left us a little disappointed was the overall cleanliness and upkeep at the unit. Based on the pictures and reviews we expected a little more attention to detail. I suspect this is the rental mgmt or cleaning crew issue, not the owner, but it was a bit of a damper on our trip. New linens throughout (clean or not, stained linens are a turn off) and a good deep clean would go a long way and would help this place shine again because it truly has a lot going for it.

This property was exactly as described. Spacious upstairs unit with ocean views in a quiet neighborhood located minutes from all that Encinitas, Cardiff and Del Mar have to offer. This was a family trip to celebrate a UCSD graduate. Seven of us were comfortable for our stay and the large outdoor deck was a huge bonus to capturing that Southern California breeze, sunrises and sunsets. Perfectly located 12 minutes from the University. Downtown Encinitas has plenty of restaurants, shops and access to local attractions for entertainment. The SRF Meditation garden is in the neighborhood and it’s close to several beaches. Host was super responsive and provided clear directions. I’d rent again.
