Beautiful newly renovated home - Great location close to beach and town center

The host decorated the home for the holidays and it made us feel special. The layout was so conducive for family like gatherings Plenty of room for us to cook and drink and play games Everything was just oerfect

We had such a great time during our stay! We were in town for a wedding so we’re in and out but the house suited our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 plus 2 other adults. We brought all of the necessities for our 1 year old (pack n play, booster, etc) but didn’t even need to. The house itself was clean and in the perfect location (close walk to town and the beach). We would love to stay here again!

Shops and Beach close. Great use of beach cart . Many toys and extra’s for 1 1/2 year old granddaughter. Kitchen is great and is well equipped.

This house was great. It was a great location to walk everywhere. Check-in was very easy and the manager was very communicative prior to the stay. We would definitely go back again.

Our trip was absolutely perfect!! First off, the pictures of the property don’t do it justice. It’s gorgeous and incredibly clean/organized. It’s so comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect, just a short walk to plenty of great restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Plenty of parking too! John was the nicest person and made us feel so welcomed. We went for my bachelorette weekend and he welcomed us with a card and bottle of wine. He made the trip so personal and was readily available if we had any questions.

Large house great floor plan very family, friendly, quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to many shops, restaurants stores, etc.

We had the best time at Mr. Brogan’s beautiful home in Cape May! It was extremely well kept and spacious, as well as a quick walk to Washington Mall, Congress Hall, and other popular spots. We will be back!

The house met all expectations and then some. Would definitely rent again.

The place is very nice and charming. It has everything you need. In our three short nights stay we enjoyed the place and Cape May. The house has a great location. It is close to the mall and a short walk to the Acme. There were eight in our party, two from Texas one from Arizona two for Western PA and three from the Philadelphia area. And they’re all very impressed with the place and enjoyed it the entire time we were there. Mr. Brogan. Did a fine job in the remodeling of the house and I would highly recommend it.

The cottage was perfect for our family vacation! It was very clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We loved that the home was within walking distance to the beach, playground, shops, and restaurants!

Wonderful vacation with family at an incredible house! This was our third summer visiting Cape May, and this house was our charm! Can’t wait to return next year!!
