This completely renovated, modern home is located in the heart of Boulder. It's located less than a mile to the theater complex at 29th Street Mall, just over a mile to the restaurants and Boulder Theater at Pearl Street's downtown walking mall, and just 1.5 miles to Folsom Field and CU. Whether you're visiting a student or attending the Sundance Film Festival, you can easily walk, bike or uber from this location. This house is also close to hiking and running trails and an easy drive to theBoulder Reservoir. If you're here for the Bolder Boulder we're located in the course. You can walk or bike to the start line, or cheer on the runners at the end of the block.

The house features a beautifully designed open floor space, with vaulted ceilings. The living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor living space flow seamlessly together with a large folding glass window leading to a large outdoor porch. A chef's kitchen and spacious island within the open floor plan make this an enjoyable space to visit with family and friends.

The main floor has two private bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. These rooms are joined by an en suite bathroom, which features a full bathtub and shower. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor.

The upstairs level is completely dedicated to the primary suite, which offers a spacious light-filled bedroom with a private balcony and view of Boulder's iconic Flatirons. The bathroom features double vanities and a steam shower. On the lower level of the house, you'll find a media room as well as another guest bedroom with queen-sized bed and a futon, full bathroom and laundry room.

With four spacious bed rooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to find their own sanctuary within this home. The spacious back porch and backyard provide an additional area to relax and enjoy.

This home is nestled within a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located within walking or biking distance to downtown Boulder, nearby coffee shops and markets, as well as Boulder's many hiking and running trails, including Mount Sanitas and the network at Boulder Reservoir.

There is an electric car charger attached to the house next to the driveway.

    Property is clean, attractive, and very comfortable. We found everything as described or pictured and appreciated extras like ample supply of towels and snacks/coffee items left by the host. Strongly recommend.

    This house is beautiful. Very clean, close to everything. Home design is open concept so everyone could spread out and have their own space. Host was so kind and gracious. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again.
