Beautiful new construction in Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL

We had a great vacation and family reunion for 33 days at this property. We were 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The truth is that the pictures do not show the reality of the house, it is much better in person. We arrived at night since our flight arrived at the Fort Lauderdale airport, but we arrived easily, the house is located in a gated community, very safe and quiet. Upon arrival we found the house immaculate, everything completely clean. The rooms are perfectly decorated and the house has all the necessary amenities and utensils to make you feel at home. Everything looks brand new and the decoration looks like it was done by professionals. We enjoyed the pool and the covered area around it, with a great barbecue and relaxation area with TV and even a gas fireplace. The whole house has good internet coverage. The kitchen is perfect and has all imaginable utensils (if you are someone who likes to cook, you will not regret choosing this house). In the same season, my brother rented another property closer to the beach (only 5 minutes) but it was not even comparable to this one. Chad the owner is great, I had some trouble finding the way to pass the gate, and he helped me a couple of times by phone and answered immediately (being at night) he is very helpful and you can tell he wants his guests to feel at home (or better). A thousand thanks Chad, we will definitely be back and will keep our fingers crossed that your property is available.

This is a great house we had 3 couples and there was more that enough room. Lani and pool and outdoor kitchen make this a must stay.

Beautiful spacious home. The kids loved the pool. The food at the club restaurant was good. My son-in-law and nephew enjoyed the golf course. The owner is very helpful. A great stay.

Home has nice amenities. Golf course is excellent. Very close to shopping, dining and just a few miles from beaches.

The house was gorgeous. We stayed outside by the pool watching TV or playing cards. The house was impeccable and furnished our every need. The house was spotless. We have gone to Naples, FL many times but this was, by far, the best rental we have ever had! An absolutely stunning property in a brand new development, with beautiful pool and outdoor leisure area where you can also grill outside. Very spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay in a very convenient part of town. Close to everything. Chad was an excellent host, always available if we needed him and a super nice guy. Don't think twice about booking this home as you will not find anything better! We will not stay anywhere else from now on.

The house was exactly as photographed, very kid-friendly, and super clean. Everything was in working order. It's a 15-minute drive to Del nor Wiggins State Park, close to grocery stores, and convenient to I-75. The owner responds very quickly and reliably! We would definitely rent again and we're thankful to have enjoyed this home!
