Beautiful N. Mission Beach house, AC, Steps to the Ocean and bay, 300+ 5star

House was clean. We loved being steps from the beach and appreciated all the beach gear that was available for us during our stay.

Absolutely the perfect beach house for our family! Just a few steps from the beach, and walking distance to amusement park and restaurants. The property was even better than depicted in the photos and was extremely clean, well stocked, and had very comfortable beds. Communication with Nicole and Doro was top notch! Would highly recommend this home

This is a nice and well appointed property. We had everything we could possibly need or think of. AC worked well, but we didn’t need it much. Upstairs got warm but not bad. Of course being so close to the beach was great, and we appreciated the beach equipment available. My two suggestions are: add facial tissues, and the bathroom sink drain stopper downstairs was a pain to use. For the price we paid I didn’t appreciate the limitation on having visitors. Overall we had a nice stay, and would think about staying again.

place was very nice and was everything we were looking for with our family. host provided lots of beach amenities and the house itself was clean and well stocked. we hope that we get to stay in this property again in the future

Pros: condo was VERY clean, proximity to beach and restaurants/coffee was great, beautiful view from condo of sunset and beach, awesome pool and hot tub, coin laundry was in the building but we didn’t use, parking spaceWhat you need to know: many stairs down to the beach may make it hard for carrying beach items, the condo doesn’t have a lanai its a Juliette, there was only one beach chair- others were camping chairs so may want to bring/purchase and only 3 beach towels, one of the umbrellas is very difficult to put up (Tommy bahama one), beds aren’t very comfortable, porta crib is a pack and play and doesn’t go in infant mode, worked ok for us (I brought a fitted sheet), pool and hot tub are a half block down from property, we bought ice as no ice maker in room or building, we only had one roll of toilet paper-but this is likely an oversight by housekeeping, there is a separate entrance elevator for when your coming from beach/pool not through the lobby but through the parking garage- use that so you don’t upset security.We loved SD and most of the people were very helpful/nice. Many surf shops around for renting wetsuits and surfboards, the condo provided two boogie boards.

Clean, easy to find, convenient location, fully equipped kitchen, lots of kid amenities, comfy beds.

This was a great stay! My host was quick to respond to messages. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and decor was thoughtful making the overall feeling coastal cozy. You really can’t be the location either, and having a few outdoor seating areas was so nice! Not to mention they have everything you need for a beach trip. We brought beach towels just in case but they had those too. Our group decided we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Erin for a great stay!!

Just steps away from the beach, walking distance to anything you need (many great places to eat, shop or dine) .... our day always started with a nice walk on the ocean front & ended with an amazing sunset...you cannot beat this rental location!

Excellent property!

Area was super safe and short walk to the beach. We had 7 people and had plenty of space. We enjoyed the patio space, fire pit, bikes and outdoor shower. Would highly recommend for a multi generational trip!

Home was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and had everything that was needed for our entire family. We appreciate that it was also very kid friendly. Location was perfect. It was walking distance to anything needed and was a short drive to main attractions. Parking was challenging with more than one car but that was expected. Erin was very responsive and accommodating. HIGHLY IMPRESSED AND RECOMMENDED!!

Great home, in a quiet neighborhood. It was lovely to be so close to the beach, it was never an uncomfortable experience. Parking was initially thought to be an issue but overall it was easy to find street parking.

This house was perfect for our family of five! Location was incredible.

Erin was great to work with! The home was clean overall, just the coffee maker was a little dirty. There was plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, and the house was so close to the beach. The fans were super convenient to have since there isn’t AC. Overall the home was great and we would stay there again!

Outstanding! I was able to easily communicate with the host. The home was well stocked with beach supplies and towels, although we did not use much of it this trip. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to provide big meals for our crew. The home is literally a 30 second walk to Mission beach! Since I had to work, I noticed the WiFi was wicked fast - something that is rare with VRBO rentals. We had a wonderful time and will definitely re-book the next time we visit San Diego.

The home was immaculately clean and every room and linen was fresh and clean. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves crashing from the patio and master balcony every morning and evening. The sizable garage was great to have in an area where parking is at a premium. The large kitchen and comfy sectional allowed us to relax and enjoy the peace of the quiet neighborhood. My wife appreciated the updated bathrooms on every level of the home. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

One of the best beach properties we’ve stayed at! Everything you could ask for was stocked. Beach chairs, a wagon, towels, beach toys, games umbrellas. Comfy beds. And the kitchen! We are already discussing our next visit.

This outstanding property has everything in a family would need. The location in San Diego is spectacular with a 10 second walk to the beach. The owners and management group were super helpful and easy to deal with. There are many goodies such as boogie boards and bikes at the house for your use. If you want to stay in San Diego I would never hesitate to stay here. It's great!

This house was perfect for my two teenagers, 20yo, husband and my mom- plenty of rooms and amenities for all ages. Even though this was not on the beach, it provided a great ocean view from upstairs. Super easy to walk to beach and close to anything you could want. The house was fully stocked with dishes, towels, beach, toys, chairs, etc.. I highly recommend and would stay again.

We have been staying down on Mission Beach for many years and this is one the best places we have stayed. The property was clean and exactly how described. The kitchen had everything you would need. The outdoor spaces were great and had plenty of room for everyone to sit. I would definitely rent here again.

House is amazing and full of extras like wine glasses, filtered water, outside shower, fire pit and large TVs! We loved having beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to use too! Will def book here again.

Great place, walking to so much, had everything you needed for the beach, they thought of everything. Coming from east coast it was great to have all that. Perfect for our family to relax for a week. Erin was great and welcome instructions were perfect.

Great setup for families. Plenty of room, close to the beach and restaurants . Kitchen was fully stocked. Especially like infant items such as gates. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

We rented this house for a group of us attending a family funeral. Everything was in great order, it has a great layout and it is in easy walking location from some of our favorite spots on the beach. Loved the balcony and open family area. It is best to only have one car, but so nice to have a garage to park in!

The house was in the perfect location for walking to eat, play and exercise. The beach and board walk was 3 doors down for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets . Anywhere else we needed to go was less than a 20 minute drive. It was great to have our own parking too. We were able to fit a suburban in the garage.

Exactly as advertised and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while enjoying the beach. We so appreciated all the beach gear and toys for our toddler. Communication was great with the host.

Loved loved loved staying here. This is the perfect location a few houses down from the boardwalk. It’s honestly better than staying right along the beach because there’s way more privacy.Super easy to check in and we had a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated all the items available for the kids, such as bins of toys, some books, and beach toys.This place has everything you need! Don’t hesitate! Book it!

This rental was super clean and had EVERYTHING we needed! We had family members from 8 years-74 years and everyone was completely satisfied [thanks for the bins of toys!]. Many activities/restaurants were walkable and having onsite garage parking was so handy. The location made trips around town very easy. We appreciated the quick responses to the few inquiries we had. Housed 2 couples and 2 adult children comfortably. 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. Second floor is the perfect gathering spot for 6 or more people. The family room opens up to a spacious, well furnished balcony. The kitchen was impressively stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus essentials like salt and pepper, paper and cleaning supplies The fire pit and gas stove on the first floor patio were in excellent condition. The garage housed our mini van and compact car, though it was tricky getting both cars in. There were lots of quality beach toys and chairs in the garage. We didn’t have to buy or rent anything. All three baths were high quality and well stocked with towels and paper supplies. There is a continuous water heater so we never lacked for hot water. The location is great. Just a few steps to the coast and a couple blocks to the bay. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to coffee shops and restaurants. Our son lives in San Diego. We have visited 3 times and this is our favorite property of all. We will stick with this house in the future.

This was a great location for an adult family of 5. Close proximity to the beach and to town. Nice to have a parking spot. House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking/bbqs at home. Property management/Homeowner was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Have nothing but great things to say about this condo. All the rooms were big and nice. The patio was enjoyable and we really liked the large garage filled with sand toys, towels, and boogie boards was really cool
