Beautiful Mountain Home near ASU

House was clean and larger than expected. Amenities were as described, and location was convenient. Host was responsive and helpful, though I didn't really need help for anything other than a question about how quickly the roads tend to get treated in that area (fairly quickly).Would stay again.

Loved the sunroom

We found it very comfortable and in a great location. We were there for a motorcycle ride and the location gave us differant ways to start are rides. Work great for us and we had a great time.

Very nice home. We were only there one night but check-in was easy and everything was clean. Great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Great communication. Large sun room and living and dining rooms. Good kitchen area. Not an issue for us, but be aware that there is one bathroom and there is a set of stairs to the entrance. 10 minutes to Boone. Hilly!

Great spot for a quick weekend in Boone. Only 10 mins drive to town. Huge bonus sunroom great for lounging.

The photos don't do it justice. A beautiful, quiet home with great spaces to hang out with friends and a good location for Boone or Blowing Rock. We would love to stay here again. The only thing is, if you're big wifi people you might not like the Internet speed. Lots of buffering on the tv when accessing wifi, but that didn't bother us.

There was A LOT of snow on the day of our arrival. Charles was excellent about keeping us up to date on expected weather, clearing the drive, and making sure we knew where to find a shovel and salt. Even sent over a neighbor the next morning to clear the driveway a second time. The home itself is comfortable and VERY well supplied. From extra linens to spices to dishes, etc, this is one of the best equipped VRBOs I've ever stayed in. We hope to return in the spring or summer when we can better use and appreciate the home's many outdoor spaces as well. An exceptional visit. Thank you.

The house was perfect for our family and friends to gather to celebrate our youngest's ASU graduation. It had two living room areas which was ideal, and a large dining table that we were all able to sit down and eat. The house was warm and cozy and comfortable. We would definitely go there again!

We loved our quick stay here! The location was great and we could get to downtown within 5 minutes. Felt remote enough to have some quiet mountain time. The sunroom was fantastic!

The location was perfect and the place was very clean. Large yard, patio, gigantic sunroom! Cozy and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Nothing bad to say! I'll definitely be back!

This was perfect for our visit to orientation at the college. We will be back.
