This home is located near Montgomery, Conroe, the Woodlands, and Houston. There is accessibility to many different restaurants and stores for shopping. There are numerous parks to visit in both Conroe and the Woodlands. There are many brewery and winery companies to visit. For summertime, there is a water park in Spring, Texas, that is only 30 minutes away. There are also many hospitals and lots of clinics located in Conroe and Montgomery.

Keep in mind, that if you are booking with a group of 6, they must fit into the 3 beds provided...meaning, you shouldn't book with us if you have 4- 6 single adults crashing throughout the house....We are not a good fit for groups that want to party or are just looking for a house they can split with 6 people.

There were dead insects around the carpet floors, dust on living room furniture, spider webs in some of the lamps, only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper in the whole house for six guests, her phone wasn't on anything in the house in case of an emergency, there were too many rules that were listed on the print out at the house that we weren't informed of before arrival, and no smoking in or outside the house. The patio didn't look exactly like the posted pictures. there were spiders webs everywhere and wasp nests on the patio. This wouldn't be a kid friendly home to reserve with off white carpet and wasps .The TV upstairs didn't work.. I must say this was beautifully decorated.
