Make your way through the front door and into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.



LIVING AREA

The living area is filled with a generous plush lounge that surrounds the large wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.



KITCHEN & DINING

Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

The master bedroom offers a luxuriously large king bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom and a crib. There is also a SmartTV and a bonus trundle bed that opens up into 2 single beds for plenty of sleeping space!



Heading down the hall from the master suite, the first door on your left is your second full bathroom, equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities.



Next down the hall is the second bedroom, which boasts a luxurious queen bed, plenty of light, and stylish and comfortable finishes throughout.



And at the end of the hall, you will find the third bedroom with gorgeous artwork, a king bed, SmartTv, and a pack n play for the kiddos.

Also on the 2nd level, you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $89 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

    The house was perfect. The area was close to everything and very quiet and walkable to places to shop and eat.The street parking was always available and the garage at the rear was nice as well. The location was so close to all the things we wanted to do.

    This place was so gorgeous and easy to use. Super comfortable for a quick weekend getaway. I live in Florida, my daughter in St Louis and my son and his fiancée in Chicago. We all got to come hang together, cook a couple meals, have great interactions and we went to the Garden Glow at the botanical gardens nearby. The garage was super helpful, the kitchen was well equipped and the living spaces were completely comfortable and conducive to chilling out like we were at one of our own homes. Highly recommend this property.

    Modern, spacious, well-appointed. Two-car garage for off-street parking. Centrally located to access anywhere in St. Louis, with easy access to I-64 and I-44. Downtown in less than 10 minutes. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

    We had a fantastic time! The property was clean and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic with easy access to activities including City Museum and The Science Center.
