Stayed Oct 17, 2025The home was clean and had all needed ammenties! The pool was great for the kids, I wish the hot tub would have been larger (not in the host control :) )since sooo many people were there and that was the main attraction for most.Beds were comfortable and the place was roomy for all of us to spread out! Sherry was super responsive! We had a hiccup at check in and she was quick to help!

Stayed Nov 24, 2022Property was just what we expected, great communication from the Manager, especially when I didn't get an email for check in, she was prompt and responsive. Home was clean and well stocked. Parking was a little different, but the home was close to the main road which provided sufficient parking. Would've loved king size beds, but that's just a preference. Beds were very comfortable and overall extremely pleased!

Stayed Jun 17, 2022This Condo is everything the listing says and has awesome views from almost every window. We stayed a week in Moab and brought 2 lifted jeeps, both easily fit in the 2 car garage. The location is just a short distance from most of the trails and only 15 minutes from Arches national park. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable while you're there. Very clean, and plenty of space to relax without feeling on top of each other. Pool is just around the corner of the unit. The owner Sherry responds quickly to messages that you may have. Definitely will stay here again when we plan another trip to Moab. I give this rental a 10 out of 10.
