Stayed Dec 28, 2024Clean, very nice house Large enough for 3 couples to have separate space and enjoy time together. Really enjoyed the porch and proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our time, but read the listing carefully. Part of why we booked the property was for the hot tub (listed in amenities) but the hot tub is closed from October-May. Definitely recommend light sleepers/kids taking the 3rd floor bedroom as noise travels easily upstairs from kitchen and one of the couples ended up sleeping at a hotel to get some uninterrupted.

Stayed Sep 16, 2021The house is on a very nice street. It was working walking distance to the Sea Hear Now festival. The kitchen was very updated. The rooms were spacious and there is a good amount of bedrooms. The hot tub was wonderful! It is a great asset to the house. The owner was very personable. He let us check in early. If I would come back to Asbury I would rent this house again. My friends that stayed with me also would rent this house again.
