We are very close to the sea and all the amenities. We have excellent transport links to the centre of town as well as being very accessible to the countryside.
The house itself is very comfortable and we have a balcony overlooking a small, but pretty garden.
In the near vicinity, there are parks, a golf course, play areas for children and an aquarium. In the village of Kemptown there are numerous cafes and pubs.

    A charming period property, on the edge of Brighton with excellent transport links into the town centre. Not recommended for people who would struggle with stairs as due the age and nature of the property its spread over 4 floors.

    Lovely property in a peaceful location. Full of character and very comfortable especially the beds! All mod cons as described and perfect for a family. I loved the eclectic character with interesting pictures and nick nacks .
