Beautiful little place. Walk to town and theaters!

We loved the house and the location. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. While we didn’t cook or use the grill, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Communication with host was excellent. Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay, the location can't be beat for walking to all things. The one change I would recommend is changing out both beds mattress and maybe box springs for a more comfortable sleep.

Great location to use as a home base, easily walkable to downtown. We felt at home as soon as we arrived and the house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The off-street alley parking is a bonus. We’re already looking at booking again for our next trip to Ashland

The property is exactly like the listing: squeaky clean with everything you will need, ample safe parking in alley, super comfy beds and pillows, 10-15 minute walk to the theaters, prompt communication with host. I loved it and hope to book again next year!

The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, welcoming and in a great neighborhood. We were close to town, great coffee shops and the OSF theaters. The host provided anything we might need and more. The next time we are heading to Ashland, we will definitely stay at Charlie's Place again. We highly recommend the property.

We felt like we were staying in luxury here. The place was spacious and with the air conditioning it was so cool.

The property was clean, very well stocked, has a wonderful location and the listing was very accurate. We could walk to everything, loved having coffee on the front porch each morning and we appreciated all the updates. We go to Ashland at least once a year and we will definitely try to stay here again.

Second time staying here and it definitely did not disappoint. So many positives about this home. Good location, clean, plenty of parking and space to spread out. Visited Ashland every year minus Covid years and without a doubt this house is in the best location. Easy walking distance to the Cabaret, OSF and shops downtown. Coffee shop is down the block and a new massage and fitness center just opened around the corner. Just arrive, park and ditch the car for a few days.Two bedrooms but easily fit 4 adults. This is one of the best VRBO properties I've ever rented. Spotlessly clean, with a kitchen very well equipped, and a location that allowed me to park my car for four days and walk everywhere. I loved exploring the various neighborhoods and getting my morning hike at Lithia Park. This will be my go-to place from now on.

The cottage was simply lovely, comfortable, clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The location was perfect for attending the theatre, local shops and restaurants. We would happily return next time we visit Ashland!

Great place for two couples. We parked when we arrived and walked to everything we needed over the next three days. Great location for Shakespeare Festival shows, restaurants, coffee shops Will definitely rebook when we return to Ashland.

This lovingly maintained house could not possibly be more convenient for enjoying Ashland. We were able to walk to all restaurants and plays. Our month passed too quickly;)

We took a trip to crater lake, enjoyed a couple hikes in lothia park, absolutely loved the food coop, and a special tea place and finished with four days of a Gangaji retreat. We will definitely be back!! The house was beautiful and perfect for us! The view from the kitchen was beautiful of the mountains and the location perfect for our walks to shops, hiking, Gangaji and food.
