Overall, the house is a little older and could use some updating, but we felt the owners were in the process of doing so. The cleanliness of the property was fantastic. Very clean. Plenty of towels and anything you needed in the kitchen. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as shown in photos. Furniture was dated but still nice. It was clean except one large vent in the kitchen that had not been cleaned in a long time. We changed over 10 light bulbs that were out but replacements were left in the house. We did have a few plumbing problems and tried to get with property managers right away but it took at least 2 days for them to get back to us. I used the app they supplied and I called and pushed the emergency number line to leave messages. Once I was contacted the plumbing was fixed within a few hours. The day before we left the master toilet broke and we could not use it. I left messages but was never contacted back. When I called before check out they said they had received my messages and it was being fixed the day after we left. We love Naples and love the briarwood neighborhood. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Just a little disappointed in the response time with the management company. Other than that it was a wonderful month in Naples.

We spend 3 weeks at the house and had a great time in Naples. We enjoyed the pool an the sunsets over the little lake. There was plenty of room(s) for all of our group. Communication with Nicole was easy and little problems were fixed in short time. We would recommend to stay at this house and would come back!

The house was great although a few things need upgrading. The shower curtain was mouldy and needs to be replaced and a few suspect electrical points need mending and the TV needs upgrading. However, the house facilities were great, lots of cutlery and kitchen equipment. Chairs and umbrellas for the beach and the house had a lovely relaxed layout and was in a great position on a lovely estate. We would book again
