Beautiful Lake House in Point Chautauqua- Available Year Round! NEW BUNK ROOM

This home and view is very beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Kate was great to communicate with as we had a death of a friend after we had booked and she worked with us through that process. We had 10 adults and we had lots space to hangout. Favorite space was the deck for a perfect view of the sunsets!

House was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the lake views, hot tub, game room and all the outdoor seating.

House was roomy and easily accommodated all eight of us. Views of the lake were relaxing from the deck.

Walk ways were not cleaned at all, ice on the parking, also we had to showel the snow to get to the grill, very few towels provided, no coffee or tea, some rooms are nice and warm and some are very cold, in general nice and big house with fabulous view of the lake

We had 9 in our group (5 adults and 4 children). There was more than enough room for all of us. The property is well maintained in a quiet private community. We had all the cooking supplies we needed to celebrate our Thanksgiving. The pool table, ping pong table and hot tub out back are an added bonus. The host is extremely responsive. We would definitely come back. Especially in warmer months. Thanks Kate.

Wonderful home! Snowed in at the perfect place. Grandkids loved playing pool and being in the hot tub. Playing out in all the snow was an added bonus! Plenty of room for all of us!!

Beautiful house on the lake!

Home was beautiful with more than enough space for 6 of us (family of 6 with 4 older teens). View was breathtaking with amazing porches to enjoy it. Everyone spent time relaxing in the large family room, playing pool, and lounging on the hot tub. We did a number of activities including the Comedy Museum (highly recommended and hikes but we enjoyed just spending time at the house. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic property, wonderful view with all the necessary amenities and then some! Very comfortable beds, kitchen is well stocked and lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Communication with host was excellent! Highly recommend.

Wonderful amenities. Perfect lake neighborhood. The layout of the house was good. Hot tub and pool table big hits. No iron so we bought one for the house. Thx for sharing your home with us!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a very convenient location for getting to Bemus Point, Midway, and the Chautauqua Institution. The home was very well kept, easy to access, and plenty of room for eight adults and one grandbaby!

Lovey get-together with college classmates. Everyone totally enjoyed themselves. Lots of things to do in the area! Great locations, outdoor space, kitchen, and tv area!

What a welcoming, well-equipped, clean, bright and airy home to spend your vacation. The host, Kate, was very attentive and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. Our group of 11 ranged in age from 18 months to 60, and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Beautiful house on a quiet street! The house was really clean and had everything that we needed for a great week. The location was centrally located to many outdoor activities and tourist destinations!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. There were 10 of us which included 2 small children. The neighborhood, the lake, the house , all of of it was extremely relaxing and just what my family needed. Kate was kind and easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. John delivered the golf cart before our arrival. We can’t wait to go back!
