Stayed Aug 11, 2024My family and I have been coming CHQ my entire adult life! We wanted to all be together, so my husband and I decided to rent a place nearby. The condo was excellent—well-equipped, clean, modern amenities. Communication with the owner was seamless, too!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here April, 2022 and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as it is shown in the photos. The first thing you notice walking in is the spacious open floorplan and the beautiful views of the lake. The place is well appointed and decorated very nicely. It is very clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Communication with the owner was great. It was good to have two full bathrooms for the size of our group. The third bedroom is very small so probably best for kids. Thank you for a nice stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969From the moment we walked in, we felt at home away from home. The view of the lake here is breathtaking. This condo separate's itself from all the others because it has windows all around. Giving a panoramic view. We stayed during the first snowfall and it was beautiful. Everything was so nicely decorated. Dawn is definitely a great host. We got in late and had some questions and she immediately responded to my call. She provides everything you could possibly need on vacation. So you don't have to bring a lot with you. She adds special touches like terry cloth robes and slippers. Extra cozy blankets and wood in the fireplace for a chilly evening. There were lots of board games to play and we all had a blast! Great amenities too, the pool is in walking distance and so is the tennis courts. We hope to come back and stay here in the summer to go boating, play golf and use the other amenities. -Donna & Casey

Stayed Nov 3, 2021Amazing lake condo. Views!views!! Views! This end unit has 2 walls of windows which makes it bright, light and airy. The living room was my favorite with the Large cozy L shaped couch and really nice tv. Really Comfortable beds and bedding!! I can’t say enough. My 2 sisters and I loved our relaxing getaway. . We will be back!!!! Best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. Soap smelled so good. Dawn thought of every detail!!! Dawn was so responsive. You will not be disappointed. When I saw the paddle ball equipment I knew it was a winner. Lots of fun stuff for a family. With the pool, tennis/Pickleball courts and playground. Agree with previous reviews,5 stars all the way.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a great weekend in Chautauqua celebrating our anniversary. Visited a winery and did lots of site seeing. The condo is immaculate and very cozy! The view of the lake is beautiful. Will definitely reserve the condo again when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy all that Chautauqua has to offer. Thank you Dawn for making our stay feel very welcoming.
