Beautiful lake front sunset view, you can hear waves crashing against the bluff

Great place with large bedrooms. We loved watching the sunset from the hot tub on the deck, and the kids were excited about the arcade table with 750 games! The kitchen is comparatively small and dark, but with so many choices nearby, we are out every night. Irma and Richard are excellent hosts and very responsive.

Our stay was great. I liked that each bedroom has its own private bathroom, as well as its own heating/cooling unit. There is also an arcade table with hundreds of old video games that the kids loved. We spent the majority of our time on the deck or in the hot tub.

Every thing was great, Irma was very responsive and everything was clean and ready for us..

Rental was as advertised, great view, restaurants easy to get to!

The view was amazing and we enjoyed the hot tub. Sheets were soft.

Very clean. Everything worked. A/C great, hot tub, TV. Swimming pool is close.Check-out and cleaning expectations are minimal, (appreciated) Be patient when initially finding the location as there are many side streets within the resort property.Thank you for the wonderful visit.

Irma and Richard are wonderful hosts! We were welcomed with snacks, gifts and champagne! The deck was my favorite place to be! We spent a lot of time out there with coffee or a cocktail and also really enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful home looking out on the lake. We enjoyed relaxing out on the spacious back deck taking in the view. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed, and we appreciated having an en suite bathroom for each. Our hosts were over the top wonderful adding many special touches for us. I would recommend this home to anyone!

This property was the perfect place for our summer get-away. The location is fantastic...and the AC worked really well, which we needed as we stayed during the summer heat wave! Hosts were available and helpful! Definitely a great choice!

From my very first communication with the host as we began planning our trip, all the way to after check out…it was nothing short of exceptional!!!! They were helpful, informative and kind. They even put up a few birthday decorations and gave a small gift. They really went above and beyond. The house was gorgeous inside and out. And impeccably clean. The view was amazing! And we were pleasantly surprised at the ease of the checkout process. The home is close to great places like High Tide and Margaritaville. And there is access to 4 different pools. I recommend this property and host to anyone searching for your get away!!! Thank you so much for making our trip special, comfortable and memorable

This is a property whose pictures fail to do it full justice. High ceilings and sofa chairs in the living area, a hot tub on the common deck, and private deck from each bedroom add to the ease of stay. It is surrounded by trees. The hosts are excellent who strive to make your stay as happy as possible. Highly recommended.

Quiet and Relaxing

Perfect spot to relax in the off season. Irma and Richard go above and beyond to make you feel like family. From the handmade gift to snacks and amazing coffee, they think of everything, I can honestly say I have never rented from anyone this thoughtful and kind. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This is a nice house in a great location with an outstanding view of the lake. Our host was very friendly and responsive.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our friend vacation. We loved the deck space the most and was where we spent most of our time. The host had a lot of little touches that made it special. We had one issues but the host was easy to get ahold of took care of it right away for us! The key pad on the door was difficult to use but overall we had a great experience and lovely time!

Loved this cottage! We had two full families stay here with extra room to spare. The beds were very comfortable and there were tons of games for the kids! The view was breathtaking and my favorite spot was coffee on the deck every morning and watching the sunset. The hosts were great and very responsive and left us super thoughtful gifts! Definitely would stay here again!

Reviews are glowing, house is beautiful. BUT hear me out. 7 of my friends we went out to dinner, we had all one drink at dinner and came back and was approached by a girl with a dog asking to sleep in our basement, she said her husband and her got into an argument she was shaken up, we asked if she wanted us to call the cops she said no and left. We called, I called Irma to let her know the situation since police were being dispatched to her house. While waiting for the police, we heard someone at the door trying to get in. We hid in a room, I asked Irma to start recording on her doorbell camera which she did not do. We called the police again to let them know even though they were dispatched. All of us were panicked, was it the girls husband or the girl? Are we safe? Richard said “that sounds like it was a distraction” the girl said that she lived in the neighboring house for a few months, Irma told me on the phone they have no long term neighbors. She admitted that the entire experience is not right yet. She told us our feelings were invalid how would we know she was going to hurt us? how would we NOT know that she or her husband would hurt us? The police didnt find her, we did not feel safe in the house. We went to a hotel for the night. ON A RECORDED LINE IRMA SAID IN A WHINY VOICE “YOURE BEING DRAMATIC” when we mentioned me having a full anxiety attack. HOW DARE anyone mock mental health issues. Was this a one off deal? Sure maybe but who knows if it will happen again?

Great communication with property manager. Just enough for our family of 10 people.

Awesome community with unmatched views, seemed to be a great centralized location about 15 minutes to almost any attraction.

Could not be any closer to the lake unless you were swimming. Great separation of the large bedrooms. The coffee, wine and tea gifts were unexpected and enjoyed. Irma and Richard were available and helpful hosts.
