Stayed Oct 15, 2025Had a wonderful fall break at this beautiful property 10/10. Host was very responsive and kind, the view was breathtaking, walking distance to a private beach with beach service. You get 2 chairs and umbrella for free but can purchase additional chairs and umbrellas if needed. We were amazed how close it was to everything! I mean EVERYTHING, excursion, restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. We hardly drove more than 10 min from the location. This was the most relaxing vacation. Thank you for making our family vacation special. If felt like being home away from home.

Stayed Aug 12, 2025Dirty. Seen and killed multiple roaches. Hair in bedding and bathroom. Overall dust accumulation on everything. Side of refrigerator had stains (that i cleaned off) and visible dirt/food on side by counter. Screen door knob broken. Also, please include better directions to find section we stayed in.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025The condo was nice and in a nice spot overlooking the pond. Not too far to the pool or beach. Also, was surprised to find out that our condo came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that is already set up on the beach!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the views were just breathtaking.One of our favorite parts was the close proximity to the beach—it was just a short walk away, and the water was crystal clear. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and family-friendly, which made our stay even more peaceful. We also loved how close we were to great restaurants, shops, and fun local attractions.The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience.We’re already dreaming about coming back next year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Destin!

Stayed Mar 30, 2025We try to take a trip every year and this property was by far the best. It is so close to the beach and the balcony and porch area facing the lake is AMAZING! Every day you can wake up and watch ducks and turtles and pelicans outside. Easy check in process and we were checked in on. Would definitely recommend!
