Beautiful Lake Front Property!

It exceeded our hopes for a lake front property. Cabin was cute and cozy felt like a family cabin should. Wonderful views every day. Access to so many great things to do in the area. Everything was smooth and easy staying there.

Best location spot to enjoy the water and mountains! Very unique place a mix of retro and mountain cabin. Very clean and was a great weekend getaway.

This cabin is delightful. Well stocked kitchen, amazing views of Grandby Lake and it's a great location. It very tastefully decorated and well taken care of. Would definitely stay there again!

Wow! This place was wonderful and we would definitely book again! It was perfect for two but could easily accommodate additional guests. The view of Lake Granby is spectacular! We didn’t realize how large it is until we drove to the dam. It keeps going and going. The house was well stocked. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Crystal was great to work with and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental!

The cabin was so charming! It was very clean, and Crystal was easy to communicate with. We had a fantastic time and plan to return.

Perfect location on the lake and access to boat rentals. Took my 81 year old dad to the mountains for the first time. Great layout for minimal stairs!! Love the overall feel of the place.

What a great location right on the lake and I simply loved the views, porch and especially the fire pit. The inside was exceptionally clean and well stocked with almost anything needed. My only complaint is that the 2 main beds seemed to be extremely old and very uncomfortable so much that we left a day early because we were so tired from no sleep. We politely informed the host that our only criticism were the beds and apparently per the host we are the first to ever say anything. I guess take that for what it’s worth but 4/4 adults agreed that they were the worst beds ever.

Lovely, very clean and comfy, older family cabin with wonderful lake views from many windows. We refilled the feeders and greatly enjoyed all the hummingbirds. Also went for nice swims in the lake- though a better path down would be greatly appreciated, I needed my trecking pole to make it down the path. Great base for RMNP. The town of Grand Lake is very cute, much nicer than Estes Park imo. Only point to note for future guests is that the cabin is quite small. The 3rd bedroom is more of a nook (with fantastic lake views) and the table has seating only for 4 (there is a larger table outside) Super for a family with older kids, but 6 adults might find this a bit cramped. Highly recommended

My family enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The house was clean and cozy with a beautiful view of the lake. Getting our lake toys, paddle boards and lake float, down to the lake was quite the adventure as you do need to be careful getting down to the water. Plenty of room for guests but the mattresses could use an update ? The short drive to grand lake was convenient. We will keep this place in mind for future stays.

Can't be more than a handful of places on Lake Granby where the lawn goes right down to the lake and those Indian Peaks just tower above the horizon to the east. And when that sun comes up in the morning, it makes a shimmering trail of lights across the lake straight the to deck on this cozy little gem. [and no, we aren't writing this because we are friends of the owners or any other reason other than the fact that we totally LOVED IT]

This house was so perfect for our trip! The location was awesome, right on the water. It was a little hard to get down to the water but we made it work with no issues. Crystal was super helpful and even sent us videos of an animal visitor we got one night (yes, a bear!). Would absolutely stay again.

The place was quaint and cozy. I would stay again because of the location, but felt observed by the multiple cameras on the property. The photos of the property displayed a dock with access to the water and those photos were of an adjacent property and did not exist for the location rented.

This is our second time staying here. It’s beautiful, clean, and Crystal is very responsive. We will continue to come back.

My kids and I along with three other teenagers had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was the perfect size for 6 people and had all the amenities we needed. The best part was that it was right on the water allowing us to swim and paddle board anytime we felt like it. It was also close to Grand Lake where we enjoyed shopping and eating. It was a perfect getaway and we would stay again.

First impressions are everything and for this property it is being right on the water with great views of the mountains. In addition the deck, lawn, and firepit providing comfortable outdoor space to hangout and relax while enjoying the entertaining humming birds. Inside the home is clean, cozy and comfortable with a fireplace and great views of the lake and a flashback eat-in kitchen. We will make this trip again!

Very cute and cozy. Great view by the lake. Kitchen and bathroom got everything we need. We enjoyed the stay very much! Host Crystal was fast responding to help guide us to the house. Very appropriated!

Lake house was clean and comfortable for 6 of us! Lake access was great for our sup's and kayak- perfect low key vacation spot!
