Beautiful Lake Charlevoix Waterfront Getaway! Toys, Kayaks And All You Need!

We had a great stay in East Jordan! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the kayaks and used the fire pit too! The kitchen was well stocked and had all the utensils we needed. We would stay here again!

Very spacious! We traveled with another family of 4 (8 people total), and we never felt on top of each other. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The view from the family room was incredible! Loved the play structure on the property and two sandboxes! Used the mooring ball for our boat, easy access from the launch! Overall great stay!!!

Beautiful view to wake up every morning! We had kids ages 14-4 and there was something to do on the property for everyone. The kids spent all day in the kayaks, on the paddleboard, swimming, and on the play set. Loved every minute!

Very nice home…was concerned about traffic noise…but really was not a problem at all.

Check-in process was easy and the property manager was responsive and helpful. Great location to explore the lake and surrounding area.

The stay was wonderful. The house is exactly as described with plenty of amenities. The lake was calm and nice, fish right off the dock! The yard and dock were amazing, swing set and fire pit a bonus! I'd recommend bringing water shoes as the bottom of the lake is rocky, and a sleep mask because the house has a beautiful east view that can wake you up. Earplugs if you're a light sleeper and for those in the bedrooms by the road which was pretty busy with loud truck traffic. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Host was wonderful and very responsive. Offered plenty of suggestions for the area as well.

Beautiful place with lots of things to do wonderful home

The home is very nice and we enjoyed the location. Easy to walk to boat rental! LOTS of sand toys and water items like kayak and board. The road noise is the only negative thing any of us could mention. I'm a heavy sleeper so I took a room on the road side and it never bothered me.

Beautiful location stunning views the moment you enter. Hosts very easy to communicate with and were happy to help with an issue we had. Short drive to stores and downtown Charlevoix. Plenty room for 8 of us, lots of towels and blankets.

We loved this house. Very clean and comfortable with a great layout. The views to the lake are gorgeous and the location is close to several towns. Also great communication with the owner.

The home and yard are spacious and property manager was very responsive. Understand the home is on the water but there were so many spiders and spiderwebs it looked as if it had not been cleaned recently or very well. Photos need to be updated. Deck and swing set are much older than appear. The sand photo looked to me as a sandy beach. It is not. It is a sandbox.

Had a great weekend on Lake Charlevoix. The house is in the perfect location to go to different cities and enjoy site seeing. We were there to fish and it was a beautiful weekend.

We had a wonderful vacation. The view was outstanding. The sandbox and swing set were a hit with our grandchildren. The house was very comfortable. Any questions we had were addressed very quickly!

The family really enjoyed our annual vacation this year. The house was in a wonderful location on Lake Charlevoix and my son was able to moor his boat very close to the house dock. Many sand toys, wonderful playset and yard games too. Loved the sandbar to relax and The Landings to dock the boat for a great lunch/dinner. The nightly bonfires were wonderful roasting smores. Very child friendly for our 3 year old granddaughter. Exceeded our expectations. Yes, there is some street sound in the front of the house, for two bedrooms but just bring a couple sound machines which other VRBO guests advised, and it works well. Sandy was a great host - thank you on behalf of our family!

This property is conveniently located on Lake Charlevoix, with four large upstairs bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a large great room overlooking the lake. Plenty of space for everyone. Great host

Beautiful place to stay; clean, spacious, well-appointed: everything needed for a wonderful vacation.

Stayed at the house for a weekend wedding and it was the perfect spot. About a mile from downtown East Jordan, we were able to relax by the water or head into town quickly for a bit to eat. Would recommend to anyone.

Three families stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect! Everyone had a blast on the kayaks and we enjoyed bonfires at night. The view is so amazing. Thank you!

This property is fantastic for families with children, offering a variety of activities, and is well-maintained. We had a delightful time with family and friends during our extended weekend stay. The host's excellent communication made our stay easy and comfortable.

Our kids (two 2 yo, and two 4 yo) loved staying here. They thought of everything! The play set, kayak, sand box and toys were a hit. However, the front door is easily opened by toddlers from the inside. Otherwise, this was a relatively stress free stay with our toddlers. Thank you for a great stay!

Lake views were great, deck was on the Lake Shore, kitchen and baths were clean and appliances were fairly new. Location convenient and easy to get to stores and restaurants in East Jordan as well as on the highway to get to Charlevoix and Petoskey or Traverse for more specialized, tourist shopping. Great location and great lake views!!
