Beautiful property. Clean and welcoming. Fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Helpful and friendly owner reps. Great location, however there was quite a bit of traffic noise. Overall a great stay!
Excellent location. We home based in Santa Fe and did day trips to Taos, Los Alamos and Bandelier. Location was perfect to accomodate day trips and to access all of the sites in Santa Fe. Condo was very clean, extremely comfortable and well appointed. So nice that each bedroom had onsuite bath and great having laundry. Loved the private porch area outside.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. All the conveniences and nice appliances. Patios and balconies all over the place and even the rooms have noise machines if you need those to sleep. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so as well!
We were three adults who spent a long weekend in Santa Fe, seeing operas and enjoying the surroundings. We couldnโt have asked for a better place to stay than this unit. It was spacious and accommodated three adults comfortably. We were happy that there was an opening, as normally the minimum stay in the area would be a week. We will certainly be happy to return, if the unit is available.
This property is next to a main road in Santa Fe. The road noise is horrible all night. If you want a quiet night of sleep, this is not the place, The property manager was attentive to our needs, but because the unit was not clean we spent our own money on cleaning supplies. Granted, we did not ask for the management company to respond to what we needed. We are the sort of people to just get what we need. Next time we visit Santa Fe we will stay somewhere else.
We stayed here 5 nights during Christmas week. The condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the Railyard/Guadalupe district. We enjoyed everything about our visit, with the exception of the TV upstairs no working properly. We were unable to reach a property manager the day we arrived, but since it was Christmas we all enjoyed watching movies on the large TV downstairs. So, it wasn't a major inconvenience. Everything else was good. Note to future visitors: the bedrooms upstairs back to St. Francis, a major thoroughfare in Santa Fe, if you are not used to traffic noise, bring earplugs. Plenty of bedding for all the beds, including sofa bed downstairs, pillows are a little flat.
We really enjoyed our stay here! There are only three things you need to consider as possible cons for yourself: the parking spots really are very tight; there are quite a few stairs to go up to get to the bedrooms; itโs next to the highway and traffic sounds are easily heard, all night long. These things didnโt detract from our enjoyment, though. I would absolutely recommend this condo.
Oven had not been cleaned, master bedroom balcony door not locking, not clear how to open/ lock main door. Needs more directions than just the code. Smaller bedroom, reading light not working
Nice condo with nice accoutrements. The parking was a little difficult because the parking spaces are small and crowded. It is a good location for traveling all of Santa Fe because of its access to St. Francis, and good location to walk to the Railyard. But, if you want to go to the Plaza, you probably want to drive to it. The Owner was a delight to speak to and to work with.
This is a lovely unit within walking distance to the Railyard District and the Plaza. The Santa Fe Farmers Market is three blocks away, as is a great movie theater and some really wonderful restaurants (try La Choza), art galleries, and shops. Very easy access to roads to Albuquerque and Taos. There's even a train that will take you to and from Albuquerque, which our friends used to get to airport and said was a piece of cake and quite fun. The property managers were very responsive, helpful, and very pleasant. The unit itself is well decorated and equipped. The owner obviously takes great pride in it. There is a bit of street noise from St. Francis which is apparent from the second floor bedrooms (but not the first), but it almost falls into the white noise category. It didn't affect our sleep in the least and we stayed for a full three weeks. All in all, this is a great spot if you want to visit Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico in comfort.
