Stayed Dec 20, 2025The host seemed welcoming; however, appeared to not be a local & communication can be slow. The amenities met our needs. The ceiling fans had a lot of dust (understanding New Mexico is a dusty environment). There is road noise from St. Francis Drive as noted in other reviews.Unfortunately, during our stay, contract roofers started their job early which was during our family Christmas vacation (we received a 1 day notice that they would be starting work during our stay). After contacting the host & VRBO customer service, we received a partial refund.

Stayed May 1, 2025The condo was fabulous! And the space is larger than indicated in the photos. Comfortable and well-apportioned in the kitchen and bathrooms, the condo was like a home away from home. Located near a couple of main streets in Santa Fe, it was easy to get to restaurants and shopping.And for those interested: I measured 25-30 MBPS on Fast.com while sitting at the dining room table. Good for remote work.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025I travel a lot and always rent a house when I can. Everything about this house was above average and would stay there again. We all loved the decor . We are from south Texas so it was very familiar to use. I’m in Colorado winer and summer and our stop back to our home in Crested Butte is always through Santa Fe so I’ll be back.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024This home is beautifully decorated and close to everything! I loved that we had room to park as many of the nearby homes did not seem to have that. We went to Meow Wolf, which was not to far. It was really close to the Plaza, the O'Keefe and NM history museum. It was a happy surprise that a fiesta was being held on the plaza. So much to do and see. We will definately return and stay here if available.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024This was conveniently located to everything. The condo is very nicely appointed and spacious. My only complaint was the road noise which was minor and there is no view from the enclosed patio. The owner/ manager was very responsive on a couple of minor issues. Very nice stay!

Stayed Aug 15, 2024It was a great experience staying at the condo. It just perfect place for us to explore Santa Fe. We were there for the Indian Market and we had easy access to downtown. We had great interactions with the property managers team. They were responsive and very helpful. the place is beautiful and well apportioned. It was a great place to relax.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The location of the condo was great. The unit has nice high ceilings and plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The kitchen is small but well appointed. The beds were comfortable and having two full and a half bath was great for our family, we would definitely stay here again.
