Beautiful house with private pool, pool table and outdoor firepit

I had two customer service issues before we arrived. First, the listing says that the fifth bedroom has two twins, but the photos show a queen bed. They could not confirm for me (it's a queen).More importantly, I booked this place because it had a pool and hot tub. I was informed a week before I arrived that there is a 3-night minimum in order to heat the pool. Terrible service to hide such a policy from users when they are selecting where to stay. After many messages and calls, I was able to get them to heat the pool. When we arrived - the pool and hot tub were not heated. I spent the first 24 hours of trip with countless back and forths with support agents, the local manager, etc. Lots of bad information, assurances it was fine, when actually it needed a repair. They did repair it, and we had 1 night with a hot tub. You'd think they would offer a refund on the pool heating after all that! No, I again had to go back and forth a million times on both email and the phone to get a refund. Additionally, the first guests to arrive had the alarm go off (they had to call support to get it turned off), the front door is super difficult to open, the TV in the living room doesn't work, the upstairs bathroom drain was clogged, and the oven light is out. Otherwise, it's a perfectly fine place to stay. It's the terrible customer service and lack of attention to maintenance that is the real issue. I will never book with this rental company again.

This is a great house for a large family or group. We had 5 adults and 3 teens, and everyone had their own space with all of the bedrooms and office pull out sofa, and futon upstairs. It was clean and in a good neighborhood. Its about 1.7 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds. We asked and paid for the pool/ spa to be heated, but when we arrived it was ice cold. We sent a message to the virtual assistant requesting them to look at it. They responded that their team was working on it, but then never had any further response and no one came to the house, so we missed out on using that amenity which we had paid for and were looking forward to. The gas fireplace inside also does not appear to work (which would be nice in the winter evenings when temps are cooler), and we could not figure out how to work the outdoor firepit. Unfortunately in the trip manager on Vacasa, there were no directions or further guidance on it beyond listing it as an amenity. If you need a lighter to light it once the gas is turned on, maybe providing one would be beneficial to guests. Maybe a binder with detailed instructions for all amenities would be helpful as we have seen that in other rentals we have used. Only other negative would be the church directly behind has some mobile floodlights on the field behind the house which they leave on all night (for security purposes I ma guessing). They are bright through shades. Outside of that, would recommend the house as it was clean, neat, and quiet.
