Beautiful House On Garden Block. First Floor Bedroom!

The host was very responsive and helpful! We needed a place to stay with short notice and the place was clean and nice! Perfect for our family of 4 for the week.

Irina was very responsive. The house is beautiful and comfie. There is only one television in the house. Parking is a challenge…. 2 hour limit for street parking. I would stay here again!

The house was very nice although smallIt had everything we needed2 concerns:Parking was impossible; no public lots nearbyMy brother was going to stay with us but he couldn’t find a place to park and drove back to his own home in Villanova each nightIrina should let people know of this problem if they are coming to stay with a carSecond - the stairs to the 2.nd floor is so steep that it is dangerous; Irina should put a 2nd bannister in so that there are handles on both sides and also a small gate at he top of the stairsWalking to the bathroom at night could be very dangerous It is a very pretty and well maintained home overall and Irina was easy to communicate with

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. Clean, well organized and for us a great location. Easy walk to our daughters house and into Rittenhouse Square.

Nicely updated, very comfortable accommodations, close to historical sites and airport. Great restaurants within walking distance. Home is in an active young professional neighborhood and very safe.

Irina was a wonderful host. Her house was spotless and located in a great area. She was kind and responsive to all my messages, and the home had everything you could possibly need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. I would definitely stay at her place again.

We had a great stay here. The location was the best part as it was close to the city (15-20 min walk to shopping/site seeing areas) and there were some cute restaurants nearby. The bar/restaurant next door was good too. The house itself fit our group of 4 easily and we had everything we needed. I will say that the beds were not very comfortable for any of us, but not a huge dealbreaker as we really wanted a good, safe location. Irina was very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Thank you!

A really great location if you want to hit up all the great food and shop options in the area. From Reading Terminal and Chinatown to everything in between. There's even a great bar/restaurant right next to the house. The unit itself was in great shape and had plenty of space and bathrooms for 4 people. And the host communicated everything clearly and replied to any questions very promptly. I would highly recommend and will definitely bookmark for our next trip to Philly.

We came to Philly for a week of celebration for a wedding. This home was perfect. It is located within walking distance of the historical sites. There are many restaurants to choose from. This house is very welcoming and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen had everything we needed. This home will be on the top of my list of places to stay here in Philly.

This was perfect for our group of 3 separate adults. Neighborhood is charming, nice walk to center city. Irina is a terrific host. Stairs upper bedrooms are very steep, so not for the mobility challenges

The face had a classic colonial feel, very clean, with a great location. Easily walkable to downtown and South Street. Irina was easy to work with and very friendly. Our 2 teenagers (13 and 16) had plenty of room to spread out. Awesome coffee house across the street. Perfect for our trip!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood and the host was the BEST with dinner recommendations and communication. The home was perfect for our stay and easy to grab an Uber and head downtown. We felt safe and happy! Highly recommend.

The house is lovely and in a great neighborhood. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Irina was very quick to respond to my question. Quick walk to a few local restaurants, CVS, Starbucks and Wawa. Needed to Uber for sight seeing which was not a problem. Would stay here again.

My 3 sisters and I stayed at Irina’s property for our yearly get together. It was wonderful. Property was perfect for our needs, very clean, and Irina was extremely prompt with her answers to all of our questions. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect. Loved being so close to the little restaurant down the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice townhouse to tour Philadelphia from. Nice are with walkable restaurants. Good communication and easy checkin.
