Beautiful House of Character with Garden

What a beautiful and well equipped house! We had a great stay! When we came home after visiting sites or restaurants, it was very nice to pass time in the beautiful gardens! Everything you may be needing was available in the house! The interaction between the owner and us was very correct! Unfortunally there is no bedroom on the ground level. So for persons with a disability it is not easy to come to the bedrooms. Despite that we had a marvellous stay!

Nice and very cosy house to spend your days in beautiful Brittany; nice and quiet garden, everything you need!

The house is in a quiet cul de sac on the outskirts of Carnac just off the road to Plouharnel and Quiberon. The house itself is more than a holiday rental it is a home. Everything you could need is there. It has three large comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, large lounge and two bathrooms so no one gets under each other's feet. The garden is enclosed and fairly private and of a good size. There are plenty of outside tables and chairs provided both front and back of the house so you can sit in the sun most of the day if you want. We were met on arrival by a lovely lady who speaks good English and checks the house on changeover days, she is only a 'phone call away if there are any problems. There are numerous restaurants in Carnac and plenty of literature in the house giving more details of these and other attractions in the area. The beaches are really good and generally safe. There is usually a westerly wind blowing so you may need to find some shelter as it can be a pain. The owner was very helpful and all the transactions were easy with good contact by email. We hope to return again soon and would certainly recommend this house to family and friends.

For the second time we enjoyed a beautiful stay in this wonderful house and we can only say that we love everything about it. The atmosphere is excellent. After staying there for the first time in 2011 we were overwhelmed by the cosiness and wanted to come back to stay here another time. This time we came with friends and they were hooked too and liked it very much. It is very cozy, well-kept and we feel just like home here. The houses fournishing has very beautiful decor and you can find everything you need here. We like to come back as soon as we can. Also the houses Agent does a very great job and is perfect in taking care of the customers!

Very pretty cottage, good location, there is a big supermarket nearby in Plouranel, but also good access to Carnac, only a few minutes drive away. It has three bedrooms of nice size with air conditioning. One room has childrens toys and sleeps 3 children. There are lots of lovely ornaments that we stored away during our stay so that little fingers didn't break them! Lovely outdoor spaces, front and rear garden, patio furniture and nice orchard. Whilst kitchen is well equipped for cutlery we couldn't find any pans and you need to take your own tea towels and general towels but other items are all there such as a coffee machine, microwave, oven etc. There is a lovely barbeque area and space for children to play in the garden. The owner leaves lots of helpful notes in the house to guide you on which switches to use etc. Bikes are available to hire at an extra charge/deposit. Overall a very peaceful and restful stay with good location.
