Stayed Jan 30, 2024Nice place. Priced appropriately. Clean. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Property is located on a fairly busy road. It can be quite loud. The tap water is not drinkable so you will need to purchase bottled water.

Stayed Feb 5, 2022This was our first experience with VRBO and it was a good one. The house was very spacious and clean. Everything was up to date and worked perfectly. It was especially nice to have laundry facilities there. We will definitely use VRBO again.

Stayed Jan 31, 2022We recently purchased a home in Port Charlotte and needed to rent your property before the closing. Your property was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The warm springs was a bonus (not to mention right next door). The tenants next door were friendly. The driveway was large and perfect for the trailer we had with us also. My sister took the posted rental information for future use (although I would expect her to stay with us in PC!!).

Stayed Jan 23, 2022The house met all our basic needs. It was clean and comfortable. The major downside was the water tasted salty which required us to buy drinking water.
