Stayed Jul 19, 2025This house felt like we were coming “home” after a day at the beach! The proximity to the best space at long sands, the quiet street, and all the home amenities are what makes the price for the week worth it. We love having front yard space, a spacious kitchen, modern technology, up to date bathrooms/showers, and comfortable beds, not to mention the additional living space to enjoy the front porch.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Long Sands Beach at its best! This house was a perfect getaway for our family of four. A well equipped kitchen, space for game night and plenty of privacy…all within walking distance to the beach and icecream. Great location. Very clean, updated and comfortable. Will definitely book again!

Stayed Jul 16, 2022The property was exceptional! My family of 6 people and one infant stayed and it had everything we needed! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the York Beach area. The proximity to the beach is great (5 min walk) and the cottage is well equipped with beach gear (wagon, toys, etc). We had a fantastic two weeks!
