⭐️Beautiful House In Maravilla! 5-Min Walk to Beach! Beachfront Pool, Hot Tub!⭐️

The house was clean and well kept. Conveniently located to walk to beach access. Host responded well. Great stay and I hope to go back someday!

Host Stephanie was great. Quick to respond to a couple minor questions. The property is well situated in the Maravilla community. A short walk to the beach. Plenty of room to walk your dogs if traveling with pets. We felt very safe and streets are well lit. This house has tennis courts directly behind it but they were not a problem. You can’t hear any of the noise and the hedges provide some privacy. The deck is considerably smaller than it appears in the photos but overall everything was as advertised. The kitchen is stocked with dishes but nothing else. I’ve stayed in VRBO properties that have had some grocery staples and things like foil, plastic wrap etc. so bring your own if you want that type of stuff. The house is conveniently located to everything you can imagine. Overall we had a great stay and appreciated Stephanie’s hospitality!

Even better than we hoped! The house was clean and beautiful, location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach! When we had a question, host was very quick to respond. We couldn't have had a better time! We will definitely be back!

We love staying in Maravilla, it is the perfect location to walk to our favorite restaurants and the beach service and pools are so convenient! This house was perfect for our family with 3 teenagers. We had our own space and spent time together but also were able to get independent times as well. I would stay here again!

This was our 4th time coming back to this beach house and just like the last 3 times we had a wonderful time! We love how close of a walk it is to the beach, and that our pets can tag along with us! Can’t wait to come back next summer!

This property grew on us wonderfully over our week... so easy to make it our own as we enjoyed both outdoor spaces front and back, as well as cozying up around the living room and dining areas! So convenient to the pool and with a short walk to beach... shortest available from our area of SFH's! The communication with Stephanie was swift and always encouraging! We did buy or brought extra needed supplies for cleaning, upkeep but so easy to maintain. Thankful for our restorative beach week fix!

We really like this property. We had some very minor issues with linens and the communication with the property manager was great. She was so responsive. I think the house was a good value in a gated area with plenty of amenities.

House is located in walking distance to several restaurants. Lots of activities for teens on the property. Spacious for a big dog.

My daughter had 1 week off from med school this summer and wanted to go to the beach and relax. Sea Joy was the perfect spot. Just steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay and Stephanie was a wonderful VRBO host. She was always quick to respond to questions. The cottage is clean and inviting. Would highly recommend!

Great location, excellent setup for kids. Extremely easy checkout instructions. Property was pretty clean. Only real gripe is lack of essentials (only 2 dishwasher soap pods, only one spare roll of toilet paper, etc.)

Minutes away from the beach, this house has everything you’re gonna need for an awesome vacation. Clean and comfortable for all ages! Pickleball and tennis right in the backyard. Planning our trip for next year already!!

Property was great! The cottage looked exactly like all photos and everything was in great condition. Neighborhood is well taken care of and house is in a great location to all amenities. Loved our stay!

This was a surprise trip for my husband who was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. My daughter rented a nearby property and she was married in a private ceremony. The surprise and joy on my husband’s face was everything to us! The property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the amenities of the complex but also the privacy of being in a house. The check in and check out process was easy, and communication with Stephanie was always timely. We hope to return in the fall and would definitely stay again!!

This was our 3rd time staying here, and I’m sure we will be back for a fourth time next year! We love how with this beach house you get the whole house to yourself and are a quick walk to the beach and pool! It’s in the absolute perfect location, well equipped, and you can bring your pets too!!! The beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella already set up) is such a great perk that’s included with this property!
