Stayed Aug 16, 2025My family enjoyed our stay and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. It was wonderful to sit on the front porch reading a book and listen to music. Also having the backyard space was an added bonus with the extra parking spaces. Kathy was always available and very nice to work with.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024This home has lots of room for a family (it felt much larger than it looked in the pictures) and the front porch is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes. The neighborhood is lovely and is very convenient for beach access. Our host was readily available for any questions and/or information.

Stayed Jun 30, 2018We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in a great location. Highlights were the large wrap-around front porch, the very nice backyard with deck and gazebo. Easy access to the Avon Pavilion and beach. Owners were super easy to work with and very helpful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need. Rental included 2 beach tags, a large cooler, beach cart and 4 beach chairs. The bedroom layout worked fine for us, but be aware there is no true master bedroom and only one shower in the home on the main floor.
