The interior of the home has a furnished basement, spacious screened in porch, open first floor, half bath. On the second floor is a master bedroom en suite with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. On the third floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with 2 queen beds.
Theexterior of the house has a brand new pool with hot tub and sun deck as well as ample space for many outdoor activities.
Abutting 23 acres of land bank walking trails that can be accessed from a private backyard trail you can easily access Surfside Road for a leisurely bike ride to Surfside Beach or you can take the walking trail straight to the water! The area is quiet with the sounds of the local birds during the day and the sounds of the ocean at night.
