This Moab vacation home boast breathtaking mountain views, a shared seasonal pool and hot tub, and is the perfect place for an adventurous and rejuvenating desert getaway with friends, family, and up to two family dogs!

The bustle of downtown Moab is just seven miles northwest, but the true gems of this region are located less than 12 miles away in Arches National Park. If you want to stay close, the shared seasonal pool is open between April and October, and the Moab Golf Course and Slickrock Bike Trail are just within a short walk. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

The home itself Is bright and welcoming, with natural wood accents and lots of natural light. The living room boasts comfortable leather couches, a gas fireplace, and a cable TV with a Blu-ray and DVD player. It shares open space with the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, where meal prep is a snap. Dine inside or outside on the patio!

With three bedrooms and two rollaway beds, this home will sleep up to eight guests comfortably. There's a king-size bed in the master suite, a queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. For a small nightly fee, up to two dogs are also welcome to join the gang's Moab adventure.

There are also two full bathrooms and a private washer/dryer. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi throughout the house and a gas grill out on the patio.

    Location was perfect for going to the national and state parks nearby. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown and in a very quiet community. The house itself was perfect for our family. I would definitely recommend this place for any families visiting the Moab area.

    Great communication with property manager. The place itself was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and the laundry was greatly appreciated. The only difficulty we had was finding the place in the dark. Suggest getting there in the daylight the first time.

    Our family stayed here with friends for a weekend in Moab. It was comfortable and spacious and there were enough rooms and beds for everyone in our party. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a view of the pool from the front window which was convenient for us. We recommend it and would stay here again.

    This property was fantastic for our stay in Moab. Nice amenities with a well functioning kitchen, we were able take care of a few work items with the internet service and utilize the layout very nicely with our family of 5. A ten digit passcode for the door lock became my only frustration with the property, but it became manageable after a few days. Would recommend this location. Grill is plumbed straight to the gas service for the house so no worrying about the propane tank running out. Shower was awesome after a long day at the parks.

    Property was just as advertised, had all the things we needed. The on street parking for the truck and trailer was great and left the driveway and garage free for the Jeep. The unit was very clean and kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook meals if we got home early enough. The community pool was great and the quiet streets were great for the kids to ride bikes in the evenings. Only negative was the BBQ is getting old and the igniter didn’t work and the heat is hard to set because labels for the burners are worn off and not legible anymore. There is a BBQ lighter provided and you just have to play with the temperature a little more while you’re cooking. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend stay here again.

    This property was perfect for our family! Large garage for bikes, super comfortable house with plenty of room for our family of three and the grandparents. The place was also very welcoming for our dogs with plenty of places to walk them around. We will definitely consider this place the next time we come to town.

    The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn't get to use the pool as it was under construction. The view was beautiful and everything was wonderful. Would recommend.

    The condo was clean and comfortable. Great location. Close to Canyonlands and Archies and downtown Moab. I would recommend eating at Sunset Grill. Sitting outside and seeing the stars was a fabulous way to spend our last night. The directions to the condo were a bit vague but we arrived at midnight so didn't have daylight to see.
