Beautiful Home With Heated Pool In A Nice Neighborhood

Everything we needed was located in the house. From towels to linens, to rafts for the kids and coffee machine for the adults. We felt as if we were home. Excellent communication with the owner. Couldn't ask for a better property.

Anyone wanting a relaxing vacation this is the place. Close enough to lots of things to do if you want or just hang around the perfect swimming pool. The house is clean and spacious, neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is exactly as pictured you won't be disappointed.

Listing accuracy was spot on. Pool was exceptional and both property and pool were fully maintained during our stay. This is our second stay at this property and We hope to return next year as well.

This home is absolutely beautifull and in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the pool area and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We hope to rent again when we visit our family next year.

Loved this house! We stayed here for a month and did not want to leave! This house has everything you need and the pool area is huge! We spent all our time by the pool and enjoyed swimming in the heated pool! We were disappointed to learn that it is already booked for next year but am not surprised. You will not be disappointed in staying at this home! Thank you Patrick for letting us stay here.

Need to update the furniture in the living room by the kitchen chairs very hard to get out of and some bars in the shower other than that this place is amazing

We had the perfect stay. House was very clean and accommodating. Very comfortable and felt like home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Pool was great. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Owner and manager were very easy to communicate with and on top of things when we needed them. Really hope this house is available next time we will be in the area.

Pool is amazing and we hung out there as a family quite a bit! House is very comfortable and spacious with very nice size bedrooms and large beds! Beautiful area.

We enjoyed our stay here. Came to the area to visit my mom. The house was well appointed, very clean, and the pool was great. There were pool floats to use and plenty of chairs to sit on. Check in and out were easy, the wi-fi worked great, plenty of room. There was a lot of space. It was perfect for us.

This is our second time staying at this house. When we are traveling to Florida we always see if this is available first. Quiet neighborhood and the house is clean and well stocked for your stay.

We were overall pleased with this house. Nice heated pool, and good, safe location. The home is large, clean, and in good shape. Our only issues was with the number of items that were not working and needed to be replaced. The microwave, the dishwasher and the washing machine were non-functioning. The ice maker, the electric kettle and every clock in the house were not working. The guest tub had large rust spots. When we contacted the property manager and the owner, we were told that they would be replaced AFTER our visit. This will be a good rental property once they make some updates/repairs.Overall, we were looking for a house in which to enjoy Sunny Florida, and this fit the bill. I just had to do more chores by hand then I wanted to.

The property was very clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. It was advertised as a “ heated” pool. My idea of a heated pool is warmer water than if there was no heater. There was a solar cover over the pool. I would not classify this as heated. Maybe revise the description. Also, I thought there would be an extra roll of toilet paper and an extra roll of paper towel. Maybe I was expecting too much? Anyway, I would recommend this property and I would stay again. The area has shopping and restaurants. We felt comfortable. The owner was very nice and answered quickly. Thank you.

Overall this property was a perfect choice. Listing is as indicated. Contact and response from owner and property manager was amazing. The only suggestion we might offer is to have some table linens available. Pool was beautiful!! All in all this was an excellent experience
