BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH HEATED POOL!!!

Good location to many beaches. Love the very warm pool and the included ferry to private beach.

Beautiful home! Location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby! Quick drive to the beach. Enjoyed our stay!

The home was perfect!

Host was informative and helpful. House was very nice, clean, roomy, comfortable and heated pool was nice along with table and chairs outside. Short drives to restaurants and beaches.

The home was just what we needed and the heated pool was amazing. We enjoyed our time there. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra towels and blankets.

The house was very clean and very central to everything in Venice! The kids loved swimming in the pool and it was heated to perfection for night swimming! We will book this property again!

Overall, very beautiful house and great stay! Just a few constructive points if you are interested.1. Pool was not heated upon arrival.2. Carpet in the main seating area could be very dangerous on the tile floor. It needs a way to secure the carpet to the floor. Myself, other adults and the kids could get seriously injured.3. The master shower holder is cracked. Worked fine but probably will not soon.4. The hall bathroom had like a yellowish tint to it when we started a bath for the kids. I do not think it was the water supply itself but possibly the drain plate rusting? Not sure how serious of an issue it is but if it's rust and getting in bath water, it could be?5. Good selection of TV options just not the cleanest setup switching back and forth with remotes, apps, cable etc. Some inputs it was difficult to get the controller to take a command. I think it has to do with the receivers being mounted on the back of the TV?Again, beautiful house and was a great option to stay at. We enjoyed it a lot. Just wanted to point out what I saw (My Honest Review and Opinion.)

One of the rooms is a garage that was renovated and is beautiful but the ac unit is there so is impossible to sleep there due to the ac noise

Perfect location and very clean

The house is just what you need to stay in South Venice. Thr beds are really high so if you're worried about little ones falling off the beds they offer a trundle bed in a converted garage off the laundry room. There are towels for the pool, some supplies for beach. The house has shampoo and conditioner available as well. Enough small appliances for your needs. The pool is okay for the kids. Not much in the pool toys so plan on bringing or buying some at the dollar store. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and it's obviously not in an HOA community so some of the houses are unkempt. This doesn't affect your stay. Decor is exactly as pictured.

Luke is an excellent host. Very attentive. Great location with short drive to the beach. The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach.

We had a very good stay at this location, which gave us easy access to all things Venice. The beds were comfortable, but in need of better pillows. Closet space was very good with a supply of hangers. In the bathrooms, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was provided. There were plenty of linens, a working washing machine and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets. Beach gear was provided. We had enough space to hold family gatherings both inside and outdoors. The counter space was great, but the kitchen area near the sink was a bit tight to maneuver in if there were more than two in the space. Plenty of silverware and dishes were provided, but I think the cookware needs updating, so I chose not to use them. This rental checked all of our boxes and we are thankful to have enjoyed our stay.

Our family of four came in to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday. This house was in a great location and met every need that we had. We will definitely be staying here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights in October. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Close enough to the main road to be convenient to get to anything but quiet enough to hear nothing but nature when you sit out by the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Had all the conveniences of home. Pool had complete privacy. Property manager was very easy to contact at any time. Would definitely rent again

The house was beautifully laid out and spacious. Our granddaughter spent most of the day(s) in the pool. We couldn’t be more happier! The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you Luke. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is great and having a private heated pool was a great plus. Located within 10 -15 minutes of beaches was very convenient. We had an excellent stay and will definitely book here again.
