Beautiful home w/ screened in porch - close to beach/town

Overall, this was a comfortable rental. Rockport is a small enough town and everything is within a short driving distance.

This was one of my favorite rental homes. The location was great for walks along the water or strolls in the Historic District. The house was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Especially the beds. The Vacasa staff were quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was in a great location. There was no hand soap for the bathrooms and the queen. Ed referenced is a pull out sofa bed, but we brought an air up mattress so we didn’t need it. The washing machine would have been nice to be able to use but it was moldy inside so we didn’t get to use it. Tv in bedroom was very slow but there were some board games. There were dirty cups in the cabinet but besides all that the home was relatively clean.

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, close to the shops. The house was decorated nicely. Nice screened in porch for morning coffee while being able to see the water.

it was a wonderful residence. while the front door blinds were broken , it wasn't much of a big deal because seeing the natural sunlight filter in gleaming off the water of the ocean more than made up for it. All amenities provided were clean and fresh with more than enough exta towels, even beach towels! The decor was very appropriate for the location and absolutely darling, even the door handles were sea stars! Overall a wonderful experience that i would highly recommend to anyone wanting the joys of beach life without the hustle and bustle of corpus christi traffic. A lovely little beach home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The screened-in porch was a perfect spot to relax, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance to the beach and town. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient getaway!

We loved this property. My husband I booked for a last minute trip for his birthday. It was great having a covered place to park the boat. The house was extremely clean, the master bed was very comfortable, and the master bath shower had great water pressure. We also loved the screened in porch in the evenings. When booking I wasn’t aware the property had an ocean view, so that was a nice surprise. Oh, and the lyrics to our wedding song is on the wall! We loved it and will be back!

The location is perfect! This place was perfect for our short getaway. Clean, quiet, comfy ......truly a home away from home feel. Recommended and we'll be back as well!
