Stayed May 19, 2026We had a fantastic stay at The Heritage House in Sun City West. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Probably one of the top VRBO properties we have stayed at. We definitely woul stay here again when visiting Phoenix.

Stayed Mar 30, 2026This was our fourth stay at this house! The location is excellent and close to our preferred grocery stores and recreation centers. All of the comforts of home--nice and fully equipped kitchen, good bedding, great washer and dryer-are provided. We also learned how to stream our favorite television shows and are now converting from cable at home. We highly recommend staying at this home and are very satisfied repeat customers.

Stayed Mar 23, 2026Very nicely appointed clean and comfortable, all Kitchen necessities were supplied. Pleasantly quiet neighborhood,relaxing covered deck and outside space. Conveniently located for all Sun CIty & Sun City West venues.Very good instruction for arriving & departing procedures,and good communication if needed.We really enjoyed are stay, and hope to return when our travels merit. Stayed Mar 9, 2026We had an enjoyable stay at the Heritage home. The covered patio was so enjoyable and they have most everything you would need. The hosts, David and Lesley are very easy to communicate with and were so accommodating. We will definitely be back again if available and make our stay a little longer.
