Stayed Jan 14, 2024We golf every day at a different golf course in Yuma area. Ate at wonderful restaurants close by the proprerty. We had a wonderful stay at a quiet place.

Stayed Jan 10, 2024We were in town to go racing at Cocopah Speedway. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house but the space was great to rest and get cleaned up. Washer and dryer were great. Lots of bedrooms available even though we didn't use all of them, there was room for a lot of people!

Stayed Apr 4, 2023I rented this spot for 2 weeks, house was decent besides the flooring and the flooding this house gets from the plumbing. The host was easy to get along with besides now that I’m finished there, he’s trying to charge me two for damages for his PLUMBING and trying to charge me for a “kind size mattress replacement” but the master bedroom only has a queen bed. Sounds like a scam after spending 12 days here and spending lots of money
