Beautiful Home On the Canal with Boat Dock - Walk to the Beach

We have stayed here multiple times. The location is very convenient for the beach, restaurants and local entertainment etc. the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is our go to house whenever we go to Fenwick.

The house was perfect for us - plenty of space, wonderful decks/screened in porches, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards with direct canal access. It was easy to check in and out, and it was very clean. The carport made it easy to load and unload our luggage/gear. We loved that there were two outside showers too (no sitting around waiting to rinse off after the beach). We will definitely look to stay here again next year.

The house was beautiful! Located close to everything but tge house itself was on a quiet street. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay there again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s home. It was clean, comfortable, and had lots of amenities to enjoy. Having the multilevel decks and the dock provided great hang out spots for eating and relaxing in the evening. The location was close to everything…the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Having the parking pass for the dunes was great for my father that has mobility issues.

We had such a lovely time at this house. The host was a great communicator and the property has such a perfect location on the canal. Quiet but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the water activities too! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!
