Beautiful home on east side. Great location. Very few steps.

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our big group. The lake view is beautiful

What we had hoped would be a peaceful, relaxing weekend of sitting by the Lakeshore, listening to the waves and enjoying my oldest daughters graduation from college was quickly turned into a white trash, trailer park Of a neighborhood. We arrived to this area of nice lakefront homes to check in around 3 PM, the house across the street and just to the north diagonally already had eight young men on the lawn playing beer pong and playing music so loudly that all within a 1/2 of a mile radius could hear it. They were cursing and screaming. These entitled spoiled little brats, could obviously care less about the rest of the entire neighborhood or the fact that they had an entire house to do this INSIDE of. This behavior continued for most of the night, we tried to get some sleep but at around 12:30 in the morning, we were woken up by these eight self-absorbed, self-centered idiots , swimming in the lake right next to the house we had rented, again, screaming, yelling, and cursing. At this point, I had to call law enforcement. A Yates county deputy sheriff showed up and spoke to them a short time later. This conversation seems to have no impact at all. We left for my daughters graduation the next morning and we returned around noon and they were absolutely at it again on the front lawn in the neighborhood of million dollar lakefront homes playing beer pong, playing their music just as loudly as it was the day before. We were forced to leave at that point!!! STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

This home was absolutely stunning. Very clean, comfy beds with water views from every bedroom. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

It was mostly cloudy for the 2024 Eclipse but luckily we had this great house on the lake to enjoy our time in the Finger Lakes with friends. The owner was quick to respond to our few minor questions. It was also enjoyable just to walk the low traffic road along the lake.

We had a great time at this property. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this house! Location, view, kitchen, amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to hang out with family. Host is wonderful, we will definitely try to stay here again soon.

Our group of 7 friends had a great time in this beautiful home on Keuka Lake. Perfect location to visit wineries, The Windmill Market and downtown Penn Yan. Home had all the amenities supplied. View of the lake from the rooms, deck and patio are stunning. Definitely would stay here again !

No doubt Mary Ellen understands her guests needs. Home was clean, well prepared and had everything my family needed. 1st class home and host. Great communication and we will hopefully plan next year's trip with her!!!!! Thanks Again for the fantastic family experience.

Perfect location on the water. Easy walk to one of our now favorite Wineries Rooster Hill. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
