Stayed Jul 12, 2025Very clean, spacious & nicely decorated. It was very helpful to have some spices on hand as we cooked almost every night. I would suggest that the twin & queen first floor mattresses be replaced as both are past their prime. Nancy responded to my texts in a timely manner regarding the refrigerator issue but we were able to use it though out our stay. Fairly close to Scarborough beach which was what we wanted. We bought a non resident senior seasonal parking pass for 30 which was a bonus as we had too much “stuff” & really needed to drive to the beach. The whole family enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024The house was as described, large and clean. Big flat neighborhood for walking, running, and pulling a wagon to the beach. Extra shout out to the cleaning team who arrived as we were leaving and offered to call AAA for our dead car battery :-)

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Upon our arrival the lawn was littered with trash, the outdoor shower had black mold 2 feet up the siding and the grass needed to be mowed and maintained I contacted the property manger who sent someone over the next day to take of the lawn and the outdoor shower so it can be used.. Unfortunately the counters were not clean and the floors were not mopped or even vacuumed. The odor was quite musty and the noisy a/c units in the bedrooms made sleeping challenging for light sleepers..
