Stayed Oct 27, 2023This house is even better in real life! I booked this house for my sister's bachelorette and upon arrival, we were all so impressed with the house! The house was perfectly clean and furnished so well. The tall ceilings and balcony are the icing on the cake. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us to spend time together but also had enough space to get ready. The location was perfect as well, within easy walking distance of Frenchman Street and Bourbon Street. Everything was perfect! Tim was extremely responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting NOLA and definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Oct 12, 2023I rented this property for my sister's bachelorette party. The property was beautiful and very clean. The property owner was readily available when we needed him for an AC issue. To the right out of the house was an undesirable location but to the left was fine and the walk to French quarter was quick and easy. We never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again.
