Beautiful home in the Heart of Five Forks, Simpsonville!

Exactly what we needed very nice and clean place in a good neighborhood

This is a very clean and modern property that was wonderful for us. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen had essentials we needed! I like that it's on a cul-de-sac, which is great if you have kids. The backyard was spacious as well. The owner Oleg was great to correspond with. Thank you!

We came to Simpsonville for my daughter’s wedding and this was the perfect place for all the out of town family to stay. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our host communicated immediately when I needed to change our dates. If needed, I would definitely stay here again.

The house was just like the pictures, very comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Our family had a great time staying here right in the heart of five forks. The house was perfect for our family of 6. I highly recommend this house and plan on staying here again for our next family gathering.

This home is in an amazing location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. I wish there were tvs in the other guest rooms. But overall an amazing and comfortable stay. We spent Thanksgiving there. I felt like I was in my own home.

Our family of 6 loved this house! It was super clean, had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is very spacious and the house is in a cul-de-sac so kids can play in the front as well. We’ll stay definitely stay here again!

This home was exactly as pictured—very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host was extremely kind, friendly, and responsive, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

It’s was ok

Home was clean and spacious, just as depicted in the pictures. Host was responsive and made sure we were able to check in. Location was very close to shopping and near the airport. 10/10 would stay there again.

There was evidence of a bug infestation in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. I used paper plates, cups, napkins, etc. and did not clean those areas. I did my best to wash the den and dinning area windows but all windows should be cleaned. There are places where the flooring does not go all the way to the wall. This may be the entry for the bugs. I am not wish to post a review but please take care of these issues.

This property is great! It met all of our needs. We went to Pretty Place, Traveler's Rest, Greenville, and Greer and this location was great.

We absolutely enjoyed this property. Great stay if you're in town for a wedding! We were also approved for early check in which was a plus! I will for sure stay here again in the future.

The property was very spacious in a nice quiet neighborhood. It worked well with our large group. The location was perfect too. It was close to all our adventures.

Wonderful comfortable and clean home to have our children and their little ones spend time together! Plenty of space for 8 of us. Kitchen has items needed to cook a meal. Nice backyard for spending time outside. We will stay here again on our next trip to the area!

Thank you for your place so my family and I could grieve together while we laid our mom to rest. It sure made it a little easier being together.

This was our first time coming to Greenville, and this house was the perfect place to be to access it all. A short drive from both the airport and downtown made our trip a breeze. Very communicative host, and the house was perfect!

Superb house. Unfortunately, we came at a time during the hurricane Helene. There was no power in the city. We left a day early as could not enjoy the home in full.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for the week while our son played baseball. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac! Close to everything! Home was very clean! Comfortable beds too! The home was stocked with cooking essentials like seasonings! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash stocked in all the bathrooms too! Overall, we are very happy with our choice and recommend this property!

The manager was great to work with. We were in the area for family wedding and some family arrived on a red eye flight Manager let us have the house before the 4:00 check in time which was so helpful. The few minor issues along the way were promptly taken care of. Would highly recommend this place.

Nice home well taken care of

We were in town for our grandson’s high school graduation. This home provided us with a wonderful place to stay and visit with family. It was spotless, tastefully decorated and conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend!! Thank you, Oleg!
