Beautiful Home in South Park. Walk to UD Campus, Miami Valley Hospital, Downtown

Absolutely loved the place and was way better than a hotel and felt like home away from home! Was my first BNB I rented and will continue to choose them over hotels any day! Was very flexible and was able to get in a little early since my son’s wedding rehearsal would have put me there after 9pm. Highly recommend the place

Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful.

This was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Dayton. The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great location with a grocery store and gas station right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for exploring the area (near Dayton University, highways, eateries). The house was well kept, clean, & very comfortable. Mike, the host, provided clear instructions & directions & made himself available should we needed it. Enjoyed our stay & if we come back to Dayton, we’ll consider this house again.

Loved our stay

Location close to the University of Dayton, which was reason for trip. Host responded quickly when I had a question. House was clean. Parking was on the street, but was always able to get a spot close to house.

This was a great convenient location. Perfect for a long weekend visit to see the sights of Dayton.

The grass was very overgrown. The house was extremely damp, musty and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We walked in and walked out. The guest bedroom had random items on the bedspread and crumbs all over the night stand. The pictures online were very deceiving. Extremely busy loud street. Unfortunately we would not stay here again or recommend this property. The house definitely has potential but needs alot of cosmetic work to make a stay enjoyable.

Check in was easy and communication with owner was great! It was a cute property in a historical part of town. It was a short walk to a nice pizza shop. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Unpleasant neighborhood, lawn not mowed, garbage in lawn, and upon entering the house the smell of college parties covered up by cleaning products hit us in the face....was listed as a sleeps 5 with 2 queen

This was a charming little house! Just right for our needs and close to all the places we needed to be!

Was nice for the price! Would've appreciated being better stocked up with some stuff, but can't complain too much! Only had half of a roll of toilet paper for 4 people.

Location was literally walking distance to everything we wanted. Host responded promptly to any questions. Would definitely stay again. Neighbor was definitely entertaining.

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting our son a UD. The house is great and the location is perfect. Mike responds to inquiries quickly and always willing to assist in anyway.

This is a nice, comfortable home close to the UD community and attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Street parking was always available. We would recommend this property for short visits to the UD area.

This our second stay at the house. The first trip we moved our son into University of Dayton. This trip, we came to watch our son play soccer. The house is a perfect location and set-up. The host always quickly responds to any inquiries and is very helpful. We really enjoy our visits and will be back again.
