Rauland, the mountain destination of Telemark invites you to go hiking, fishing, cycling, cross-country skiing or skiing on the alpine slopes. The beautiful house is the perfect starting point for summit tours and a high mountain cruise on Møsvann. You are also not far from Hardangervidda and Silkedalen. In addition, you can easily reach Gaustatoppen, the highest mountain in Telemark, by car and explore the nature, wildlife and flora with hikes there.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin with a view of the lake. The cabin has everything you need, is very clean and beautifully decorated, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It was cold, wet and windy our entire stay but we still enjoyed a canoe fishing trip on the lake and many wonderful nearby hikes.
