Beautiful and quiet location, close to town. Perfect for a rural experience.

Pretty house just off the main road on the way to airport/near black sand beach. Kitchen well stocked, rooms large. I didn't notice in listing that it does not have AC, which was a bit sticky in August.

If you’re thinking about a stay in Hana. This is the best spot I’ve ever stayed. Check in was insanely easy. Perfectly clear directions and instructions. The house was magically fantastic. It had everything you would need to cook including essentials ie cooking oil, condiments and even a britta water jug. The bathrooms came with shampoo conditioner and even epsom salts to take a bath. Even coffee sugar and creamer. The beds were huge and so comfy. The host Rebecca was so nice and response so fast. This place was perfect. I will be recommending this place to all family and friends.

The house was perfect for us for the short time we stayed in Hana. The house was clean and the owner was friendly. The house is off the main road which made it quiet but still a short drive to Hana and the other wonderful sights on this side of the island.

we enjoyed it - except for the mosquitos outside (preventing us using the chairs etc on the deck). and NO air cond. , so it was very warm inside -- although the fans helped. Nice to have the TV, and BIG kitchen. nice beds, and bathrooms. I would stay there again --

Wanted a place for my family to stay while we enjoyed the road to Hana in Maui. This place checked the boxes.

We so enjoyed our stay here. Both King beds were very comfortable, the garden is gorgeous and the house was large and comfortable.

We stayed four nights at Hale Moana--my husband and myself, and my sister and brother-in-law. We loved it! The home was spacious and very comfortable, with bedrooms (both with king-sized beds) on either side of the house and a large living room and dining room in the center. The kitchen was also roomy and well stocked. The owner provided ample bath and beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs. Good cross-ventilation and a house-width lanai meant we never had to turn on the A/C. The manager was quick to answer questions. We would happily stay here again!

Very spacious! 10 min short trip from Hana and 5 min to waianapanapa state park

Great spot for enjoying in and around Hana. Beautiful and spacious with great scenery. We even shot some family pictures there. Quiet and peaceful - great spot to relax.

This house was perfect and was a beautiful setting!! House was clean and had plenty of room for two couples. It was kept clean every week. Manager was very friendly and help us out if needed. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will tell others about it!!

Beautiful view, great front deck for breakfast! Appreciated the Kona coffee provided. Could use a few more mugs as we are all coffee drinkers! Nice to have beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. The master bath was roomy and beautiful. Price was very reasonable. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably in this house. Our two kids loved sleeping on the air mattress in our room. House was easy to get to. Host was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. House had standard kitchenware. We loved being able to use the boogie boards and extra towels!! Overall, would highly recommend and we look forward to staying there again.

The yard was beautiful, private, lots of outdoor room. Spacious interior and clean. Location is great.

Pros: Clean and comfortable! Perfect for our small family. Quiet and private on beautiful grounds. Very roomy and airy with minimal tasteful decor. Very comfy beds and bedding. Plentiful towels. Easy to find off the Hana hwy, but not so close as to hear day tripper traffic coming in and out. Zero bug issues! Great communication with nice, friendly local hosts who were very quick to answer texts. Cons: The refrigerator. The water/ice dispenser didn't work (but the brita and ice trays solved that! And the well water is fantastic! The only real problem we had was the dicey refrigerator. The thermometer showed the temp dropping well below safe temps quickly in both fridge/freezer immediately after we loaded in our groceries. Rebecca was quick to respond, suggesting a reset by unplugging from power for a few minutes. Thankfully it worked but we had a bit of a stressful first night transferring our food to the freezer and monitoring it into the night until fridge was cold enough which took several hours. That was the only minus on a big plus house for us! We would absolutely stay again! It's a great house in Hana and it checked all our boxes.
