Beautiful Home in Naples with Huge Private Pool!

After learning this is a shared property not an entire house as listing states it is, Vrbo agreed and we did not stay. After further reading reviews further down about problems with sketchy males walking through the property ruining privacy we felt very unsafe going here with the place having 2 other rental units attached to the house that wasn’t disclosed in property listing only when instructions for check in were sent less than 24 hours before check in where we told of the 2 other rental properties attached to the house. Seemed very sketchy to us and unsafe situation. Also noticed the owner changed the listing after Vrbo contacted him but still doesn’t disclose anything about this being a multiple unit rental.

Everything was nice. The only issue was with some sugar ants in the kitchen. We just kept everything in the fridge.

Bathroom door to close off the toilet and tub was broken, couldn't close. Small bugs like ghost ants all over the kitchen, bathrooms and some bedrooms. Did message owner, nothing was done. Refrigerator in kitchen wasn't cold enough per standards, nothing would stay cold or freeze, was only at 46 degree, should have been at 33 degrees. Messaged owner and nothing was done. Bedrooms ceiling light/fans remote, only 2 out of the 4 worked. Only because we keep swapping out batteries. Looked like the kitchen are was recently remodel, but boards under the large window by the kitchen table was rotted out. Tons of bugs coming in there.

Nice size bedrooms and bathroom. Very Spacious kitchen. Nice pool and deck area with game options!

House was very roomy and clean. There were a few issues such as pictures depicted a fire pit and sitting area. It had one but not as pictures showed. We had issues with shower head in bathroom. Manager was very responsive when told but it was never fixed during our stay. We had to keep a rag tied around it to keep from flooding bath.

House is amazing, descriptions in posting is accurate! Everything is independent and it has all that we need to enjoy our stay! Communication with host is fast and precise! Will stay here again for sure in our next trip!

This listing sucks you in with cute pics of a dreamy kitchen. Well, I hope you like nightmares. Turns out there are actually two ADDITIONAL residences attached to the one you'll be renting. They're separated by only a ghetto fence, and an interior door that's labeled cleaning closet. The owner does not communicate well, and does not respond to fix anything. The house sleeps 12, but has 3 towels total and 4 each of fork/knife/spoon. The exterior has mold growing on the walls, gutters falling off the house, and a serious multi-family-home vibe. Because that's what it is. The interior has a hole in the bathroom covered by plywood, exposed wiring, about 72 switches labeled do not touch, ants galore, tubs that don't drain, and leaks in the porch roof. Don't stay here...it felt wildly unsafe, the owner doesn't respond to communications, and he solved absolutely zero problems while taking absolutely all of our money. Worst VRBO experience EVER!!

Is not what is described. Home is quite older but fixed up for rental. Ants were everywhere! Pool was completed clogged and filled with debris. Trash all over yard. Takes quite a while to get ahold of someone if there is an issue The covered porch has holes all over screens so does not protect you much from bugs No outdoor sitting garden area as shown in pics. When asked, they said it was in description even though it’s in pics?Looks like owners sold pieces of the land in pics also because you don’t get a backyard as shown and now there is a fence diving the land not shown in description which made the plans I had with my family very difficulty. Also sharing a yard with someone as someone lives in the door locked behind laundry room so we can’t laundry room locked the whole time

1. First, this is NOT a whole house rental. The garage is rented to two sketchy males who came and went a lot including through the backyard and disrupted our privacy.2. House was not maintained: broken pocket door on bathroom, boarded up skylight, broken coffee maker (we bought one) non functional pool cues, non working shower in hall bathroom (sprayed all over bathroom), broken blinds and dead TV remote.3. House smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. When I came home all our clothes smelled like cigarettes.3. Location is not good. A drive from basic grocery stores and not close to beach. 4. Arranged early check-in and the code was incorrect twice.5. 10 am in an insanely early checkout time for a house Would never rent again from VRBO2. Faint cigarette / nicotine smell in back of house.

Lots of space. Nice pool. Loved the patio.

The house was very clean, came with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the property is very big and spacious! We had a bbq by the amazing pool for Mother’s Day and it was one of the best mothers days that we have ever celebrated! Everything was smooth from check-in to check out! I would definitely book again and recommend to all my family and friends.
