Beautiful Home Close to Beach w/Free WiFi, Central AC, Private W/D, Water Views

For a second row house, it couldn't have been located better...right across from public beach access! Unfortunately we were unable to gain access to the washer and dryer. The keys would not work and though we reported it, we received no assistance on site. We also saw a roach downstairs (outside) but also one in the kitchen. Aside from the roach, it appeared nice, clean and well kept.

The convenience to beach

Beautiful home! The views of the lake are gorgeous and the first floor is so convenient. Bathtub is amazingly deep and beds are comfortable. We truly enjoyed it and will return!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and well stocked. The views of the lake are delightful and the pool is an easy walk from the condo. We enjoyed watching the fish jump and appreciated the little touches such as beach towels being provided if we wished to use them and beach chairs as well. Great rental!!

We attend our annual family reunion in this area and have stayed in a variety of homes over the yrs. This home was by far the BEST, in regards to space/layout, cleanliness, fully equipped with all u need, and a quiet safe neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The ocean view from the front deck, and marsh views with waterfowl from the back deck we're spectacular! And the beach access walkway right across the street made access super easy. And the space was the perfect size for us.

This is our second time staying in the unit. It has everything we need. Plan to come back again next year.

This place is gorgeous and on a great location. For my experience this is a perfect place for a couple, if bringing a family be aware of the neighbors because they made it impossible for my kids to enjoy their time there. The cops were even called on the kids for no wrong doing. Suggestion make sure you bring a copy of the rules and regulations so that if the neighbors dispute it with you can show them what it says your allowed to do there as a guest.

Loved sitting on the porch. Even though it was second row you could still see the beach and enjoy your morning coffee.

For 42yrs I have visited Holden. Rented many homes on the island. This home met all our needs. Especially shell hunting. Even seen a deer in the marsh. Was a truly Blessed experience! There were NO mosquitoes!!!!! Thanks to the owners for sharing their home.

Really enjoyed the location. We arrived to very clean rooms. My wife loved the back deck with view of the marsh. I enjoyed the close proximity to beach access and really liked the ocean view from the front porch. We will definitely be back to stay again
