Stayed Mar 20, 2025The house was fantastic. Very spacious plenty of room for my whole family. We enjoyed using the pool and patio area.Neiborhood was nice. Golf Course was in great shape and affordable. I would highly recommend. Five stars!!!

Stayed Feb 26, 2025Bones of the property are great, It was missing a few amenties, such as propane for the portable fire pit and reading lights in the bedrooms, but all in all we were happy with the accommodations. The location is a bit far out from Naples proper but as long as you have a car, that doesn't seem to be a problem and being out of the hub-bub was actually a nice touch.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025The house is listed as sleeping 10, but with 4 bedrooms, each with the capacity to sleep two people, means it sleeps 8.The pool has 4 hard plastic uncomfortable chairs; which is not nearly enough.The heater for the pool was turned off - It was so cold we were unable to use it. When we contacted the owner he stated the pool did not have a heater so there was nothing he could do. Both the neighbor and the real estate listing stated it had a heated pool so we contacted the owner a second time - and he repeated there was nothing he could do because there was no heater for the pool. We complained to VRBO. Midway through the second week of our stay a pool company showed up and turned on the heater so we ended up having a heated pool for the last 3 days of our vacation.The house has 3 bathrooms; 1 had a broken toilet and broken shower door, making it unusable. The second bathroom's toilet ran constantly unless you jiggled the handle.The shower in the main bathroom had hair in the drain. The dishes were dirty in the cupboards.There was a basket of dirty laundry left in the laundry room.The house is lacking simple kitchen utensils, like no can opener. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable - the Living room TV was hooked to a sound bar that was broken - so the sound cut in and out, the internet is extremely slow and the TV remote worked badly - batteries? All of this added up to an extremely disappointing stay.
