Stayed Jan 16, 2026Rainer was wonderful to work with. He was very kind and responsive to any question. Mark, the property manager was very responsive as well. There were a couple small issues and they were taken care of immediately. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Apr 30, 2023We stayed two weeks at this property and we enjoyed everything immensely! The house was perfect in every way and the pool was very secluded and clean, adjacent to a nature preserve. Securing the home upon checkout was an issue, as in the past, we have always entered a code at the front door to enter and exit. The day we had to check out, I called the local contact three times inquiring as to what the checkout process entailed. He did not respond to any of my calls. Three hours later, as I was driving, my wife fielded his call and was subjected to a rude and condescending tirade excoriating her for not securing the home. Had he responded to any of my calls in a timely manner, the issue would have been resolved.. As intuitive as the local Ambassador thought the check out process was, it was not spelled out in the manual provided.
