Beautiful, Historic Home in Old Town Louisville

Quaint home with beautiful space inside & out. Conveniently located to walk downtown. Host was very accommodating & had great communication! Would love to visit again!

Host was very accommodating when we wanted to extend but then needed to cancel. Great place with snacks provided.

Our family of five, including our one year old grandson, enjoyed this lovely house during our daughter’s graduation from CU. It was just perfect and every detail was well thought out. Louisville is a short drive from Boulder, so it was nice to get out of the crazy graduation crowd and explore the cute downtown.

This was our 2nd time staying in Louisville. This property was lovely and perfect for us. It was within walking distance of all the downtown coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It was in reasonable driving distance to Boulder and Denver. It had a well equipped kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. The linens and towels were fluffy and plentiful, and the cute bunny sleeping under the tree in the back yard was a sweet bonus!

Great communication with the host! We loved the separation between the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, which worked really well for our family of 5. The home retains all the charm and character of 1891 but with all modern updates. The towels & toiletries provided gave a luxurious feel. Walkability to coffee shops & dining was great, too.

We had an amazing stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all emails. The house was clean, location super convenient, and all in all a great home.

Very convenient location with walkable restaurants etc. It is a beautiful house! Timely and thoughtful communication from our host throughout. There were many child-friendly details in the house which (although I did not have any little kids with me) my adult son with autism very much appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone.

The location is perfect and the house is charming! Very clean, beautiful back yard, and quick and easy communication with the host. The layout of the house is great for a family with a room on the front for kids and a perfect bedroom/bathroom on the back by the back yard for adults to move around the house after bedtime without issue.

The house was perfect for our family visiting for CU graduation. Three bedrooms put everybody up comfortably- and walking distance to downtown for coffee, dinners, and shopping. The home has a beautiful garden to relax in out back. Totally recommend this home!

The house is very comfortable and clean. The location, one block from Main Street, is perfect. Short walk to restaurants, bars, etc. We would like to come back

I love going to Louisville to relax, wander the streets to see the lovely homes and say hi to the friendly folks there. This cottage was the perfect homebase. I cant think of anything I would change, I will definitely be back.
