Beautiful Historic Home Centrally Located

Great house and great hosts! The location is just off Bradford and easy to get to all of the best spots in Ptown. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Our group of 7 loved staying at this beautiful house and its central location to all we did in Provincetown! The house provided great comfort, charm, and many home necessities luxuries! The Owner, Patrick is by far one of the best hosts I've interacted with. He provided great communication, customization, and a wonderful experience! Easy and straight forward rules to abide by. I highly recommend!

Patrick was such a fantastic host. He made a couple of specific accomodations for our group. The house was extremely clean and convenient to the center of town. This is a great house with lots of spaces to gather. This was our 2nd stay at the house and plan to reserve for a 2026 stay. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place is a 10.

Top tier experience all around from the house itself to location. Check in was easy and convenient. A chef was in our group so the kitchen facilities were put to great use. Quintessential Provincetown charm! Patrick visited us at checkout who made the whole trip seamless.

This was the best host we have ever experienced. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all 8 of us. Huge kitchen and enormous kitchen table made this house a home for us. AC in every bedroom kept all of us cool and comfy. We loved using the grill and patio table in the backyard along with the upstairs balcony porch. We have stayed in several places, but this host paid the best attention to details that are important for a trip: Clean towels and sheets, Complimentary coffee, laundry detergent etc etc. perfect!

Patrick’s house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal - everything downtown is walkable within a matter of minutes. Patrick was proactive about checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly. The house was just what we were looking for- plenty of bedrooms to sleep and great space to eat inside or outside if you want to have a meal as a group. Hope to be back in the future!

One again, Patrick and William provided us with a great house to enjoy our vacation in Provincetown! Patrick was great about ensuring we had all the information we needed to access the property and reached out to us towards the end to be sure everything had gone well. He was really great to work with and I appreciate his attentiveness. Can't wait to go back next year!

This was our 2nd time staying here and we LOVE this house! It's perfectly located so it's easy to get to, and if you need a costume change, it's convenient to run back between tea/dinner/going out. Beds are comfortable, there are several gathering spaces which makes it great for a group of 7 or 8 like we were. Kitchen is fully stocked too which made for a great end of trip group dinner experience. Great house, can't recommend enough and we look forward to returning next year!
