Beautiful Getaway ~ 4 Miles to Venice Beach!

This property is a great option for anyone visiting Venice. The home in relatively new and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is still struggling to come back after the last hurricane, but it seemed very safe.

Water smelled horrific at every sink and shower. Ring doorbell chirped constantly. Pool unusable for one week and it took several people to try to fix the issues with pool. Kitchen didn’t have much in the way of storage containers or baking dishes. Furniture in living room uncomfortable and worn. Lanai furniture uncomfortable. We purchased cushions for lanai furniture. The neighborhood was not very pretty or well kept, but it was quiet and this rental was in decent shape. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Having 2.5 baths was helpful. We were aware of the cameras but didn’t understand the need. Felt very intrusive.

The property is very nice and clean. My husband and I traveled with our two kids ages 12 and 16. They enjoyed having their own rooms and loved the heated pool and hot tub. The location is within 10 to 15 minutes drive of various beaches. We found hundreds of shark teeth! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The neighborhood is nothing fancy but we felt safe the whole stayed and walked the neighborhood each evening. The house is very secure and quiet. We had some trouble with the electric grill not working and were not able to use after various troubleshooting. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Overall it is a very nice property. The home itself is MUCH nicer than the surrounding homes. Great pool/spa in private backyard. Furniture was very comfortable and the home was extremely clean. Our only issues were a non functioning iron and backyard smoker. Notified the property manager about both issues. Never had a response regarding the iron so we purchased one ourselves. Property manager did respond regarding the smoker only to ask “the smoker grill?”. I have owned vacation rental properties and would be very displeased if my property manager handled matters in a similar fashion.

House was really nice with all the amenities . So well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine wine chips and salsa on the table!

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful house for Christmas! The location was perfect for going to the beach and for shopping. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. I’d give this an A and then some. Every part of the rental process was easy!Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!Jennifer and Steve

Immaculate property with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful accomadations. The pool and spa were a delight just off the kitchen which our Grandson enjoyed before and after our beach trips.

Nice house, good location. Would have been nice if the lawn was mowed prior to arrival. The grass was very tall! Listing said call with any issues. My brother arrived first and discovered the toilets wouldn’t flush properly. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until the next evening. We had a large group so had two separate houses and met at this house for dinner, which apparently was against the rules. So I called the guest contact to report the plumbing issue and they sent someone to look at it. We were told not to use the showers at the same time, but never fixed the issue. There were 3 bathrooms but none of the toilets were usable as they would flush. When one rents an home with 3 bathrooms one would expect to be able to use them. And the purpose of having multiple bathrooms is so multiple people can use them at the same time. About an hour later I was called by an Evolve member telling us we were over numbers, which was 6. I told him the listing said 8 because there was a blow up mattress available. He reviewed the rules to discover that I was correct and we were allowed 8. He then said we couldn’t have over 8 at any given time so we couldn’t gather as a family for meals. Which was fine, a little disappointing but fine. The rules are the rules. We were there for 4 days…unable to flush toilets. I guess “contact us with any issues” doesn’t really matter. We should have been offered a partial refund since we had to stay at a house without working bathrooms.

Perfect place for a family. Pool is amazing !

We can for a spring break getaway. We were not disappointed.
